Stayed at the Best Western Plus Loveland Inn for 2 nights during a work trip and it was actualy a pretty good experiance. Staff at the front desk were super nice and check in was fast even though I got there kinda late.
Room was clean, bed was comfy and the AC worked great which mattered because it was pretty warm outside. Hotel is not super modern or luxury or anything, but everything felt well kept and quiet at night. I slept really well both nights.
Breakfast was better then I expected too. Eggs, waffles, coffee etc. Nothing fancy but fresh and enough options before heading out. Parking was easy and location is close to alot of places to eat.
Only small thing was the hallway smelled a little old in one area but honestly not a big deal. Overall I would stay here again for sure. Good value for the money.
The king bed was comfy! The room was nice, it had everything we needed for our stay. Very glad for the mini fridge and freezer.
The pool is “heated” but maybe to 65 degrees. It wasn’t super clean although unsure if staff are in charge of cleaning the pool or guests? We did use the skimmer to get bugs and leaves out in the shallow end. Our shower drained very slowly and the water would end up all over the floor because of the shower curtain.
Stayed here for a quick trip and honestly wasn’t expecting much, but it turned out to be a pretty comfortable stay. The room was clean, bed was actually comfortable, and everything worked the way it should. You can tell the property isn’t brand new, but it’s well kept and the staff seemed to genuinely care.
Front desk was friendly during check-in and gave a few local food suggestions which helped since we got in late. Parking was easy and the location made it convenient to get around Loveland without dealing with too much traffic.
Breakfast was better than the typical grab-and-go stuff you get at some hotels. Nothing fancy, but fresh and stocked when we went down.
Only small downside was the hallway noise in the morning, but overall it was a good value for the price. Would stay again if I’m back in the area.
Best kept secret on the Northern front range. Very clean! Spacious room. Great courtyard. Excellent staff. Older property, but what a value!
Beautiful facility, nice staff, great bfast,
beds not super comfortable-one of them was squeaky and hard
The outdoor courtyard was very nice
They hide fees. They charged additional taxes and resort fees aside from Booking.com. Traveler needs to be wary that they will pay a lot of extra money which is more than on Booking.com. Scammy. They also upped their rates 100% for graduation weekend and the room was horrible. I still want my $18.62 back from my receipt that says I purchased something and did not. They refused as did corporate. Scammy, make sure you check your receipt.
The location was good. It didn't have the breakfast items the Greeley location has.
Very small selection and no fruit.
Stayed at Best Western Plus Loveland Inn again after about a year and had a very solid experience. Check-in was smooth, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet at night, which made it easy to rest after a long day of travel.
The location right off I-25 is very convenient, and having the restaurant and lounge on-site was a nice bonus. Parking was easy, and the overall stay felt relaxed and hassle-free.
Good stay overall. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and very friendly staff. Breakfast was better than expected and the location right off the highway was convenient. Hotel shows a little age, but everything was well maintained. Would stay again for the price.

Excellent service by staff.
The fact that we had to drive east out of the hotel, over the bypass to the next light and do a Uturn to go west. It was a hassle.
Great location
Bed was uncomfortable
Breakfast offered lots of choices. I really loved the “backyard” area and covered patio..
The ham and eggs were very bland. The vending machines did not work.
The staff was nice and the breakfast was good pretty delicious!
The room was a little dirtier than I would have liked. Dead bugs in the corners and on the floor. Cobwebs in the corner and thick dust on the head boards. Boogers or something on the wall next to the window and it just didn't seem like it had been vacuumed very well. Ive definitely seen worse but it was not great. Its also very easy to miss the turn into the parking lot. There also wasn't great signage on the outside of the building to direct you on where to go.
I stayed at the Best Western Plus Loveland for ten days following the sudden death of my sister-in-law. I needed to be close to my brother and his daughters during an incredibly difficult time, and this was the closest pet-friendly property to my family.
The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. I want to be clear about that because they made a real difference.
Unfortunately, the room told a different story. Room 130 was visibly worn with damage from previous pet guests that had never been repaired or addressed. Over the course of ten days, housekeeping rarely came. Basic supplies including toilet paper were never consistently restocked. I let it go because I did not want to be demanding as a long-term guest. I regret not saying something sooner.
When I contacted management about extending my stay, I spent three days receiving responses that contradicted what the front desk had told me. I was never given a straight answer. By the time it was clear management was not going to help, I had lost days I needed to make other arrangements while simultaneously managing a grieving family.
I have stayed in a lot of hotels. The disconnect between the quality of the front desk staff and the responsiveness of management here was unlike anything I have experienced. For anyone considering a longer stay or traveling through a hard circumstance, I would look elsewhere.
