Pros:

We liked being able to walk right to our room from the car. We didn’t like the sandwiches for breakfast and molded fruit on the counter.

Water pressure was low as well as the hot water. There was no coffee maker in the room. Location was good and the room and area were clean. First 2 days housekeeping was minimal.

Pros:

Clean room, quiet place, free soda/coffee all day long, which was great! Bed in our room needs replaced (sagging and springs pop) and the building is in need of some repairs/paint. Overall, I would stay here again.

If this is the property located in Goshen, IN, then this review is the fight review.
It's out of date and unclean. It doesn't meet the Best Western Inn Plus quality.We've stay at some great hotels of yours across the USA. This property is a complete disappointment.

1) there was what appeared to be black mold around the ceiling in the bathroom.
1) the room had an odd smell.
3) the filters for the ac/heating unit were fill of a black/gray substance.
4) the trains constantly running behind the motel were really loud
5) it is not the typical Best Western. I've stayed in BW's all across the country. This was a shock. We canceled our 2nd night and found another place to stay. It reminded us of an old dive motel.
6) when I took a shower the drain was apparently mostly clogged. The water was up to my ankles by the time I finished.
7) the outside looked nice though.
I have pictures of all the issues and reported it to BW corporate.
