Sehr gutes Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Größe des Zimmers war völlig ausreichend, Ausstattung wie man es von "Best Western" erwartet- gut.
Frühstück ausreichend, Frühstück sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter! Wir würden wieder kommen.

Rude and disrespectful staff member
Pros:

Very comfortable, and some of the staff were friendly, even some of the other residents.

Cons:

One of the staff members got extremely rude to me out of nowhere 😒 which threw me off because I didn't do anything wrong. Stating that my name didn't match the reservation but yet you accepted it two nights ago and when I tried to explain she blew up at me talking about i was yelling at her when I was just trying to explain speaking calmly and she insisted I yelled at her then she said she couldn't reserve the room again and don't make a scene when I came in the morning and hung up in my face. How rude and unprofessional and unexceptional. Never will return again. Completely mind-blowing 🤯.

Pros:

Stayed here many times when in Macon and always clean and staff friendly and accommodating and my stay has always been enjoyable.

Cons:

Was on the top floor and the very top step was uneven causing you to dip backward. There is a railing on the left to hold onto but on the right just a chair railing that is mainly for cosmetic looks. This is an older property and that doesn't bother me, as always clean and maintained. The top step up can poise a problem as it is uneven.

Over all my Husband and I enjoyed our stay there.
