Personeel, kamer

Cons:

De sauna binnen was niet warm genoeg. Haalde maar net 65°C, terwijl het een Finse sauna zou zijn van 90°C.
Deze belofte is niet waargemaakt.

Fijn kort verblijf gehad
Pros:

Locatie in het centrum, rustige spa, gezellig lounge (drankjes wel erg duur), voortreffelijk en uitgebreid ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De badkamer rook niet fijn, wat rokerig we vermoeden via het ventilatiesysteem. We hadden daarnaast een kamer met een tweepersoonsbed geboekt maar het waren twee losse bedden aan elkaar geschoven met twee dekbedden. Dan is er dus altijd een spleet… de bedden waren comfortabel maar één bed was comfortabeler geweest.

Geweldige service en vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk! Vooral Olivier, een stagiaire die enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam was in het boekingsproces en ook bij het inchecken.

Cons:

Niks.. al kon ik alleen even de schakelaar van het koffiezetapparaat niet vinden :-)

Perfecte shop-food-spa hotel!
Pros:

De wellness, met geboekte massages waren uitmuntend! Het ontbijt was top! Fijne kamer. Extreem vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Heel leuk gehad!

Fijn en centraal. Zeker een aanrader!
Pros:

Ruime kamer. Net. Verder niks bijzonder. Wel fijne bedden dat is een groot pluspunt.

Cons:

Kamer was hier een daar wat lelijk. Goedkope materialen. Vind ik niet helemaal passen bij de geadverteerde luxe.

Prachtig hotel op mooie locatie.
Pros:

De locatie is perfect. Ondanks dat het dicht bij het centrum is en bij het treinstation ervaarden wij totaal geen overlast. De kamer zien er mooi uit en zijn comfortabel. Ook het hotel is erg mooi. De sauna was ook echt prima en makkelijk te bedienen.

Cons:

De douche was wel erg teleurstellend. Dit was een iets grotere handdouche, oftewel geen regendouche zoals op hun eigen site staat. De douche kop draaide ook steeds doordat deze gewoon niet goed bevestigd leek te zijn en de slang daardoor niet goed zat. Ondanks dat was de douche qua druk wel prima.

Kom graag een keer terug!
Pros:

Prettige sfeer, centrale ligging, vriendelijke receptie. Kreeg een upgrade daarvoor nogmaals dank. Prijs/kwaliteit top

Cons:

Een klein minpuntje vond ik de douche in het bad. Heel voorzichtig uitstappen op mijn leeftijd.
