Mitarbeiterfreundlichkeit. Check in ohne weitere Infos wo was im hotel. gastfreundliche Orientierung fehlte. Wenig engagiert. Kein willkommen. Schön dass Sie da sind. Danke dass Sie unsere Gäste waren . Nüchterne unpersönliche Abfertigung. Unsere Zimmer im 1. OG. 1 direkt neben dem Lift ( Lärmig), 1 hinten zur Hofseite. Hotelküchenabzug direkt vor dem Zimmerfenster! Gerüche und Geräusch! Für diesen Preis!!! Sauber waren die Zimmer auch nicht. Nur grad oberflächlich : geputzt". Staub überall, unter den Möbel wurde nicht geputzt. Nur schnell schnell das Gröbste. Was man grad so sieht... enttäuschend. Krümel, Haare. Ekelhaft. Aussen topp und innen flopp

A few issues this time......
Pros:

The location of the hotel and the staff are superb, this was probably about our 15th stay here.

Cons:

We booked a Superior King Size room as we always do but the room we were allocated was a lot smaller than the rooms we normally have, no explanation was given for this, we also reported to the reception area that the TV remote control wasn't working and we were unable to turn the television on, this was not rectified during our stay and on the third day we asked for our room to be serviced by pressing the button which lit up the request outside the door however on our return from a day out nothing had been done and we had to chase it up, we don't normally ask for our room to be serviced but we had ran out of coffee etc and the bin was full. This is the first time anything like this has happened during all our stays and was a bit disconcerting.

Goed personeel en schone kamer

Cons:

De kamer (nr 327) was nog geen 10m2 en kwam totaal niet overeen met de plaatjes van booking. Het twee persoonsbed was bijna te groot voor de kamer. Anderen in onze groep hebben later geboekt voor eur 100 goedkoper en hadden een veel betere kamer

Great location, breakfast and spa — but the room fell short of 5-star standards.
Pros:

Excellent location right by the Central Station and within easy walking distance of the city centre. Breakfast had a good range of options. The spa was a highlight, with several types of saunas.

Cons:

I requested a quiet room and was given one directly beside the elevator with windows onto the road. The room had clearly not been cleaned properly: dust throughout, dried water marks around the sink, and a handprint left on the bathroom wall from a previous guest. Amenities were limited to three dispensers, with no tissues or basic toiletries. For a 5-star property, this falls well short of what the category implies.

Location was perfect; supported by helpful and attentive staff
Pros:

Location was ideal and the rooftop bar was excellent! Staff were excellent and the street level coffee shop was very handy.

The bathroom configuration and layout was unexpected.
