La camera ampia e pulita, avere caffè e biscotti a disposizione alla reception. Le camere, disposte su due piani, hanno tutte l'ingresso esterno; non essendoci l'ascensore, quelle al pian terreno, come la nostra, sono molto comode se si hanno più bagagli

The room was very nice, clean and roomy

Not a bad place. They upgraded us to a jacuzzi “suite”, which was basically a big room with a couch and a whirlpool bath in the bathroom, but it was nice. It was pretty clean, (though the floors could use some better mopping). The furniture is kind of banged up. The bathroom had decent towel bars/hooks and there were a couple of extra towels, which we appreciated. Counter space for toiletries was minimal, but there was a little table that helped – a second one would be wonderful. We appreciated the text from housekeeping asking what they could do for us. Breakfast was ok – a decent selection of hot and cold items, though we wish they’d had brewed decaf instead of instant. The pool area is nice and the flowers on the property are beautiful. The staff is ok, mostly friendly and helpful. They even sent a maintenance guy to replace our smoke detector when it started chirping around 11 pm. A good option for a couple of nights.

Very clean. Good breakfast. Some rooms are a bit worn but with the great location for us, friendly staff which moved us to a better room, swimming pool, and coffee and cookies abundant we were very happy here.

It was in a good spot close to the event I was in town for.

Las camas estaban muy cómodas y amplias, me gustó que estaba todo limpio y olía bien. Especialmente, amé mucho los cuadros que estaban en el cuarto. Mi bebé estaba muy emocionado, con el cuadro de la guitarra y la pandereta. Tenía muy buena iluminación todo el cuarto. Y me gustó que incluyera el desayuno porque así ahorramos tiempo para salir temprano de paseo. El personal fue muy lindo y amable en especial la señoras de limpieza. Dejaron todo limpio y recogido cuando regresamos el segundo día.

Accessibility it was clean and the cleaning ladies were super nice in the morning.

This is a lovely Best Western right downtown Watsonville. There really is a beautiful rose garden behind the hotel you can see from the breakfast room windows. The pool is small but nice and clean, the hot tub good too with plentiful pool towels available. Our room at the back was very nicely appointed with dark bronze faucets and a good shower, a beautiful hand-painted sink bowl and plantation blinds in the window. The downside was that the garbage man came to the back of our parking lot at 5:30 am! And the walls did seem pretty thin, the hotel wasn't very full when we were there but you could hear other guests. We thought the breakfast was great for a chain hotel, with a touchscreen espresso/cappuccino maker, fresh muffins, standard eggs and sausage. There were also free homemade chocolate chip cookies in the lobby. The only downside were the indifferent young front desk clerks, both when we checked in and out. We waited 5 minutes to check in while they chitchatted, we were never told about the cookies and their directions on where things were was very unclear. Later when we stopped in to ask a question, there was no one there and no bell to ring to summon help.
