I honestly have no idea how you haven’t caught any of the issues with this place!
Pros:

I really enjoyed the breakfast and the lady who worked there was extremely nice and kind.

Cons:

Charged for a single water bottle.
Asked twice personally at the front desk for cleaning but it never happened.
Shower curtains were so badly designed and installed that each time I took a shower the whole bathroom would get wet.
The parking spots were limited and the parking area’s asphalt was completely ruined and it was full of bumps.
We visited the place as a group but the information about wifi connection, breakfast hours and cleaning request was only explained to one of us without others present.
The only usable outlets inside the room were some combination of lamb and outlet which for my room half of them didn’t even work. I had to charge my laptop in the bathroom!
The coffeemaker was also placed in the bathroom!
The toilet flush wasn’t working properly and every time it must have been flushed 2-3 times for a moderately clean bathroom.
There was no fan in the bathroom.
When you opened the bathroom window you face an extremely dirty fly trap which was disgusting.
There was a creepy door to the room next door which was covered by a wooden wall when you opened it.

It was a good choice for travelers needing a stop-over.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was convenient and tasty. The landscaping was quite nice.

Perfect Motel in Every Way
Pros:

Fantastic place. Large, clean, beautiful grounds. Nice breakfast. One of the best motels around and lovely grass area. I will return often. The young man at the front desk was wonderful.

we were desperate for two rooms but will not use this hotel again
Pros:

Towels were worn out and need replacements. Flooring was old and dirty. Bathroom needs repair and renovated.

Cons:

Need an elevator for elderly who can’t tow their luggage and themselves up two flights of stairs

Nice resort hotel in Las Cruces.
Pros:

A nice “hacienda” vibe hotel in red colors. Spacious room and bathroom. WiFi works fine. Parking spots close to your room. Stairs to reach the second floor. Good breakfast in cosy breakfast room.

Cons:

The passing freight trains blow their horn, also at night. Car needed for restaurants.
