When booking more than 3 rooms, please note that different conditions may apply.

Bike rental is available from the end of May to the end of September and comes at an extra cost of EUR 5 per bike per hour.. During this period, the restaurant is also open.

When booking a Classic room, please note that access to the spa is not included in none of the rates.

The spa is open from 15:00 until 21:00 and must be booked at the reception. Please note that children under 14 years of age are not allowed to access the spa.

Please not that 2 sun loungers and 1 sun umbrella are offered with the cost of EUR 30 per day when requested.

Only small pets are allowed, and they cannot access the hotel's public areas. You should bring your own kennel/basket for your pet.

Beach towels include a supplement of EUR 5 per towel for each change made.

The supplement for access to the spa is €34 per person.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Pros:

Гарне розташування, привітний персонал, щоденно швидко прибирають та міняють рушники. На вулиці можна посідати із смачним кофе латте. Але на вулиці на терасі ніхто не обслуговує ні пообіді ні на вечер.
Одноманітний шведський стіл на завтрак

Cons:

Дуже смачно готували каву на сніданок. Швидко прибирали в номерах. Дуже близько до пляжів та готель на першій лінії.

Very convenient location for a family short stay- near beach, promenade and restaurants area. It is ok for 3-5 nights.
Pros:

The location is a step away from the beach. It is easily accessible also by bus from the airport.

Cons:

Rooms are really small. The property is old and a bit outdated, although clean and with friendly service. Elevator it tiny as well. No sleepers or bath toiletries in the room. Tiny wardrobe. Air-conditioning was not working at the beginning of May. Temperature was ok, when window is opened, but then the weekend clutter from the nearby beach bars is disturbing.

Завтрак отличный! всего было достаточно! Персонал отеля всегда готов помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Все девушки на завтраке очень добрые, милые, приветливые и чудесные. Завтракать на веранде на улице было отдельное удовольствие. Номер роскошный, кровать отличная. Вид с балкона на море и колесо в любое время суток прекрасный!!! Если закрывать балкон никакого шума с улицы и баров вы не услышите. Если хотите потанцевать в пешей доступности отличные клубы. Очень надеюсь, что в следующем году вернуть в этот отель еще.

Great view across to the beach & restaurants. Location ideal. Staff friendly and breakfast had plenty of options.

Shower is extremely tiny (& we’re average builds so hard to keep water from leaking out. Other than that, good size, great location.

Un’ottima scelta!
Pros:

Posizione ottima a due passi dal mare, 20 min a piedi da a Rimini centro e Rimini stazione. Struttura esternamente molto piacevole con un fresco ed ombroso giardino e una piscina graziosa e con bocche idromassaggio. Colazione abbondante dolce e salata davvero per tutti i gusti. Personale gioviale e disponibile. Le parti comuni interne sono un po’ agè ma le stanze sono confortevoli e dotate di tutti i comfort nonchè molto pulite. Ottima anche la cena anche se leggermente cara, ma rapporto qualità prezzo complessivo davvero ottimo. Tornerei senza dubbio!

A reggeli a legtöbb igényt magasan kielégíti...különösen a sütemények bösége lenyűgözö. A választék ugyan közel állandó, de akár egy hétig nem kell ugyanazon kombinációt enned. Jó minőségű kenyerek, sajtok , zöldségek, tükörtojás, főtt tojás , rántotta, yoghurtok, cereáliák , gyümölcsös asztal...+ frissen főzött kávé, bármilyen fajtát kérsz....le a kalappal. Jó volt az ágy és excellent a szobaszerviz. Barátságos és hatékony a recepció. Kitünő az alagsori belső SPA finn szaunája, és pezsgómedencéje!!! Bérelhetsz kerékpárt, kaphatsz kedvezményes napágybérletet a recepción . A beach talán 100m.

Apróság és nyilván építéskori adottság, hogy a két lift igen kicsiny, de a vezérlés úgy van állítva, hogy minden hívásra üres kabin érkezik. Bizonnyal állítható, hogy az A/C minden a szobába való belépéskor automatikusan 21C-ra állítva kezdi a működését ...javaslom a management-ek, hogy a kezdő érték legyen 23C, ez majdnem mindenkinek megfelelő lesz, a költség pedig alacsonyabb kb 4-6%-kal . Kellene egy TV guide, hgy a sport és angol nyelvű választékot gyorsan megtaláljam.

Disappointing stay due to poor guest service, unnecessary extra charges, and policies that prioritiz

I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay.

The hotel requires guests to check out at 10:00 AM, which is unusually early. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and had never encountered such an early check-out policy.

The hotel has a small swimming pool, but it does not provide complimentary pool towels. Instead, guests are charged €5 to rent a towel. For a hotel of this standard, this feels unnecessary and gives the impression that the hotel is trying to charge extra for basic amenities.

The most frustrating experience occurred one afternoon at around 3:00 PM. I went to the pool bar to have a drink, but although every table was completely empty, I was told I could not sit at any of them because they had been reserved for an event that would not take place until later that evening. As a paying hotel guest, being prevented from using the seating area while it was completely empty was unacceptable and showed a lack of consideration for guests.

Unfortunately, these issues significantly reduced the quality of my stay.
