Clean, safe, and located close to a gas station and the highway.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived they upgraded our room because there was some noisy neighbors and they didn’t want to disturb us. They did this before we even got to the property. This was unprompted.

Disapointing. We expect better from a Best Western facility.
Pros:

breakfast was fine, about the same as most motels.

Cons:

The dressing area was very cramped. The heating was inadequate, (very poor) Poor soundproofing between rooms.

Pros:

Awesome hotel. Rooms are super clean and modern, with upgraded this. Staff is friendly and helpful. And breakfast is great!

Very dirty floors, unhelpful staff.
Pros:

We stayed in a different room each night- both rooms’ floors were so dirty. (My white socks were black after 5 minutes walking around.) We overheard another guest complaining about it and it wasn’t handled well by the staff. We were planning on telling the front desk at checkout and they didn’t even apologize. They just said “okay”. Also the air conditioning is very noisy, and found ants (only 2, but still). Hot tub was nice!
