Very Good Stay
Pros:

No room services and no water provided inside it but enough for sleeping for 1 night to stay beside ice mountains and snow activities
Staff friendly ,rooms view is perfect and also cleaned
Recommended but they have to upgrade themselves…..

De nuevo, un acierto!
Pros:

Ya conocíamos el alojamiento y de nuevo ha sido un acierto. Limpio, amplio, cerca de las pistas, con 2 restaurantes y con alquiler propio de equipo. Todo el personal súper amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, volveremos!

A lot to work on
Pros:

Good location (you’ll need to taxi to New Gudauri) amazing food and nice rooms. But… breakfast is rubbish, the restaurant service is an absolute joke as the food takes over 3 hours to come to you and in random times and they forget half of your order. Also no room service? Very strange! Could be an outstanding but a lot to work on.

We booked for three nights, we got bored after day one
Pros:

Very bad wifi, very bad breakfast selection, not even included with the room, staff very cold, not welcoming… nothing to do… apartment has nothing not even water supplied..

Don’t recommend to anyone coming from GCC

We tried check out earlier and gave them 24 hours notice but they refused to refund us the money… nothing to do around or inside hotel

Pros:

The property is super new and stuff were very helpful with everything. Only criticism I have is that restaurant food was overly expensive for portion sizes (compared to other hotel restaurants) and they didn't taste that good.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable.great location(near to ski road and the centre too).staff is realy nice and proffesional. Restaurant is very realy amazing,food is delicious.
highly recommend.ski depot,ski rental,ski-in and ski-out.i realy want to come back.

Pros:

The apart hotel is very comfortable and of very high quality. Great desighn. Has great restaurant. Location is also very good. Has nice breakfast. The restaurant has great interior and beautiful terasse with good view on mountains.
