The room was large and clean. The shower had a normal sprayer and then a second one from the ceiling making it a fantastic and unexpected perk. The indoor pool was large and beautiful with a tolerable temperature. The hot tub was also large and relaxing. The lady that assisted us with check in was so nice and welcoming which really set the initial tone for our stay. She even gave us a bag of chocolates.
The thermostat would go as far up as 74 degrees, but we couldn't seem to keep the room warm enough overnight.
Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Property is always clean and ready for guests.
There’s nothing negative I can find!
I know it was out of their control, but the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and us and the rest of the guests all stumbled outside in our PJs for fire trucks to roll up and then thank God it was a false alarm.
