The bathroom door in the room does not lock or close flush
I had a very disappointing experience with Eden Resort & Suites before I even arrived.
I booked a stay through a third-party site, and when I needed to modify the reservation, I reached out directly to the resort for assistance. Despite the circumstances, they refused to make any changes because the reservation was prepaid. While I understand policies exist, there was absolutely no flexibility or willingness to help.
What made the experience worse was the level of customer service. I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and was denied that opportunity. Instead of trying to find a solution, they placed a note on my reservation specifically instructing staff not to allow any cancellations or modifications. That felt unnecessarily rigid and dismissive.
At no point did I feel like a valued guest—only that they were more than willing to keep my money without offering any reasonable support.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering staying here be aware of how strict and unaccommodating their policies can be. If you book, especially through a third party, you should do so at your own risk.
Clean
Had an absolutely wonderful experience my girlfriend surprised me on my birthday, and I couldn’t say enough about how much I enjoyed Eden Resorts. Everything about the place was absolutely beautiful from the lobby to the bistro to paragraph.
There are plenty facilities for the kids, pools, courts etc
Rooms are small for that type of venue. Check in receptionist could have been friendlier. We marked the room for 4 people but had to make the bed ourselves. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am, which to me seems extremely unfair.
Restaurants were all great and reasonably priced, great indoor pool and very clean facilities. 24 hour sheetz right by the resort, super handy if you need something and you can just walk over.

My phone in the room kept making a dial tone noise. The gym was kind of bland. I was under the impression I was getting a courtyard room but I didn’t. And I had to wait forever for the room

We like how the room was big enough for our family of 5. Location was good.
Didn't like when a big group arrived that the evenings were extremely noisy until late and some of the kids rung the bell to our room. The indoor pool was extremely crowded the kids could barely get in the pool and some kids got very rowdy tossing each other around the pool.
