Can't wait to stay there again next year!
Pros:

When we called to confirm that we could check in early, they ensured that it would happen since we were arriving for a convention. Once we arrived, we were greeted by the hotel staff at check-in, and they were amazing. Booking.com listed breakfast as part of the stay, although that was not the case. However, the hotel ensured that we were able to have breakfast each morning. The only thing I had to pay for at breakfast was the tip for the great waitress we had, which was fine with me. The hotel is huge and so clean, the staff was amazing, and we are already planning our next trip for the comicon and we will be staying there again. Thank you, Eden Hotel & Suites.

Cons:

Everything was amazing from booking to arriving all the way to check out. Never experience such an easy check in to check out with hotels. The ones I have stayed at even for business trips were not that easy where here was amazing I cannot thank the hotel enough.

Nice time at Eden Resort and Spa
Pros:

Great location and overall a beautiful resort. The room was clean and well stocked. The refrigerator and microwave was a bonus and the staff was exceptional. The indoor pool with hot tub was lovely. I wish I had know my room did not have an outside window. The window faced a banquet hall and I constantly heard the piped jazz music from early morning until nighttime. I would definitely stay here again but in a different location of the resort.

Suites are awesome
Pros:

Great experience. Great check in. Front desk was very helpful. Great layout of the suite. Clean and shower water pressure was great.
