We had a very poor experience at this hotel. During my shower, the hot water suddenly stopped, and I had to rush out with my 2-year-old child covered in soap. We then waited nearly an hour for the water to heat up again so the rest of my family could shower. The bathroom exhaust fan was also not working.

This created a very stressful and uncomfortable situation for our family, especially with a young child. The hotel only offered a small discount, which does not reflect the seriousness of the issue. They eventually refused to give the discount as well. Very disappointing handling of a basic facility problem.

Had problems connecting to the WiFi. When the neighbors on both sides of my room were showering the pipes were very loud.

shower is new and comfortable. bed was good too

Cons:

absolutely not worthy the price I paid - just a motel! poor soundproofing, no breakfast. and the real size of the pool is really small, do not rely on pictures

Beautiful architecture and interior design—it has a very artistic flair.
Pros:

The exterior of this hotel is beautiful, and all the doors are automatic—a feature that is indeed very convenient if you are carrying a lot of luggage. Of course, you have to pay for all of this.

Cons:

If the hotel were to directly incorporate the $50 miscellaneous fee into the room rate—allowing me to know the total price right at the time of booking—I would find it much more acceptable; however, I dislike only finding out about this additional charge upon check-in.
