Pros:

The location and rooms were really nice. My family and I were all on the first floor so it was nice that we were able to hang out in the courtyard. We also loved that we were able to take our pup!

Cons:

The bathrooms all had issues. Two out of the three bathrooms bathtubs were clogged. The last bathroom water pressure was too high and so the water fell all over the floor.

Initially concerned of noise level by first floor room but actually wasn't noisy near reception area
Pros:

Cleanliness of hotel, helpfulness of staff on finding stores/restaurants, and easy on/off freeway access with no freeway noise by our room.

Cons:

Bar was not open upstairs since they didn't have license yet.

overall it was good

friendly staff/ love the outside patio

Cons:

didn't get a chance to eat in dinner in the bar and grill because the doors were locked and no posted sign was out for the time of open and closed, the staff was inside and tv's were on but no one to explain why the doors were locked

All your staff is really nice and friendly. I do think your morning area should be clean and fresh hot coffee should be ready by 7am and the next batch ready to go. I never got coffee before i had to leave. That being said i will come back.

Nice hotel with very friendly & helpful staff within walking distance to fun bars & restaurants.

Very nice room with balcony. Quiet and comfortable and convenient for walking to restaurants, bars & beach.

Staff was lovely. Everyone we met at the front desk was kind and happy to answer questions.

The pool was tiny and not somewhere you'd want to hang out. The rooms were fine but just not worth so much for a best western.
