Place needs a lot of love
Pros:

Location was good and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Lotion & hand wash were empty. First room had dismantled air conditioner. Moved to room with no electricity and no seating area - just an open area. Do not believe the NEW ROOMS. This hotel is old and tired.

Works for having a place to stay
Pros:

Well one of the staff members stuck out in my mind and I believe her name was Amber,but I don't have my paperwork in front of me so I'm not sure if that's her name or not but she was very friendly and very helpful. It's not too many people like that these days. She even came to the show that I was vending at which was really cool.

Cons:

The breakfast was pretty awful to be honest with you so the second day I went out to eat

Cons:

Room and floors were not clean. One of the towels had a stain that looked like blood. Used coffee filter in coffee pot with mold. Bed had dirt under top cover when pulled back. Water pressure and hot water was awful. Beds were very uncomfortable, felt like laying on wires. There were. Stains all over the tile floor. Advertised as "remodeled rooms" you should firer the person who did it. Would not recommend. Breakfast we had to ask for everything milk, syrup, salt, no orange juice, also syrup was "suger free" and was told that all they had??? All on all the best part was the gentleman who check us in. I wished I had taken pictures but we were gone early and didn't really have the time if I had b[ked 2 night I would have left after one night.

Lied and said I didn't have a reservation and then you all charged me for the room

Other than some small problems the stay was good.
Pros:

It was good and the breakfast was good also the location.

Cons:

I didn't like that the room smoke decitvine was off the wall. They put me in a joint room the door didn't lock from my side. They didn't know it was join. The icebox in the room need to be defrost. Floor was alittle drity .

The staff was friendly

Cons:

The elevator seems like it’s about to break down. It was kind of scary. Also, I asked for an hour early check in but they charge extra even for an hour early at a practically empty hotel. The hallways had no air conditioning so that wasn’t pleasant moving around the building when it’s 95 degrees outside.
