The manager/owner called me at 10 o’clock at night claiming that my card was declined for the extra night that I added. Which I never added an extra night and my card was not being charged. I made a mistake and tried to check out a day early because the booking website was showing multiple bookings so I thought I needed to check out a day early but the manager on duty (nice, sweet lady) informed me that I still had one more night. So I checked out the next day and got a call hours later saying my card is being charged for an extra night. I tried to explain that I did not add an extra night and he was not listening and then proceeded to text me about the situation and refused to listen

Comfortable beds, very clean, and love the shower soap.
Breakfast could have been little better but overall everything else was perfect.
I liked that you can see where they tried to do upgrades.
It's wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The water in the toilet ran constantly unless you gave the handle a shake or two after use. The elevator felt and sounded iffy. Bedding and some towels had stains.
Staff was very nice. The pool wasn't in operation, but it was a bit chillly outside.
I would have like to have had peanut butter (1 oz.) cups for the oatmeal.
Location was good and bed was comfortable.
Lotion & hand wash were empty. First room had dismantled air conditioner. Moved to room with no electricity and no seating area - just an open area. Do not believe the NEW ROOMS. This hotel is old and tired.
