Poor
Pros:

So the service is par below Taj’s standards. The team needs to pull up socks, small things like no takeaway glasses for coffee + extremely poor breakfast spreads + service at the restaurant and even the food served at Nonya was just about average

Excellent location, a spacious, clean and quiet room with everything necessary, excellent breakfast to suit every taste, polite and helpful personnel, round the clock front desk ensuring fast check-in and check-out, ready to assist in everything (special thanks to Anshika - very helpful and professional).

الهدوء النظافة تعاون الموظفين سرعة الفاليه

الغرف تكييفها سئ يعطيك الحرارة 19 درجة ولاتزال الغرفة غير باردة ، اللوبي كان حار جدا ولاتستطيع ان تجلس به واول ماتدخل دور اللوبي او الدور الارضي تشم رائحة زيت دابر املا للشعر كان الوضع غير مريح حتى النادي الصحي به بخار ولايوجد سونا والاجهزه قليله ، عموما الفندق 8 ادوار اما الباقي شقق فندقيه او تمليك لا اعلم ومكانه بعيد عن مول دبي 20كم

Pros:

Great room and good location not easy to reach because it's by the corner so Google is the best option.

Cons:

The reception staff were not helpful or welcoming at all, which was very disappointing for a 5-star hotel. I honestly did not feel the level of service or hospitality expected from a 5-star property; the experience felt more like staying at a 2-star hotel.

I also had to make my booking online because the rate quoted by the reception was significantly higher. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and expected a much better experience from a 5-star hotel.

Hotel exceeded my expectations and amenities in the room was found above what I have expected.
Pros:

Was upgraded to a suite which I really appreciated, however, checking in took some time as the hotel was fully booked during the day of my stay.

Cons:

The spa could also think about revising their timings as they are only available from 10 am to 8 pm which we were not able to use.
