Perfect escape
Pros:

Very nice hotel with staff very friendly and helpful and always ready to make one feel good. Thanks in particular to Anshika in the reception and the porter who unfortunately don’t remember his name but it was his birthday on 28th February.

Cons:

Nothing related to the hotel but the fact that the Iran war had just started.

Everything you expect from a 5* hotel
Pros:

The Taj had everything you expect from a 5* hotel, conveniently located a 7-8 minute walk from the metro and tram. Great staff, especially Bhumika on reception who was brilliant at check-in and throughout my stay. Excellent breakfast including a buffet and made-to-order selection. Lovely bar with a happy hour that lasts all afternoon! Nice rooftop pool/bar overlooking the Marina on one side, with views of Business Bay and the Burj Khalifa on the other side.

Cons:

The Spa facilities are good but could be better.

Dear friends,
I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. I truly loved everything about it, but I especially want to mention Monika at the reception — she was absolutely wonderful. So kind, welcoming, and professional.
I would also like to thank the lovely girl who took care of us during breakfast. She was so attentive and friendly, and it really made our mornings special.
Everyone was incredibly polite and helpful, and that made a big difference. I will definitely recommend your hotel and I’m already looking forward to coming back.
