They could have done better.
Pros:

it was a nice hotel.

Cons:

I don't understand why it takes so long to checkin. I checked in at 6pm and there was no one else waiting. But despite a 3pm confirmed check in time - as per hotel policy - no rooms were ready. The staff did try to find a solution - but it took a long time. It was weird not to have check-in on the main floor. It's an awkward hotel in terms of driving/location. Took long time for elevators even though there were 6 and there was no one at hotel.

Extremely disappointing.
Cons:

Booked room wasn’t ready. ‘Upgraded’ room not ready either.
Non-smoking room smelt like smoke.
No cold water in the shower.
Valet not available in the morning to get my car.

We had such a wonderful stay at Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers truly memorable from start to finish. 🥹✨
Pros:

I’m very detailed when it comes to choosing hotels. I really take time to read reviews before booking, and I can honestly say this hotel exceeded my expectations especially when it comes to their breakfast!

The breakfast was AMAZING one of the best selections I’ve experienced. What I loved most is that they have a menu where you can order freshly made dishes, not just buffet style. Everything felt high quality and well prepared. I personally loved their eggs Benedict, waffles, hash browns, and their Indian breakfast options they are the best! 🤍

We stayed to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and what touched me the most was that I didn’t even request any surprise but the team themselves offered to prepare something special in my sister’s room. That gesture meant so much to us. Despite everything, they still went the extra mile, and it truly made us happy and grateful.

A special shoutout to Mr. Amrit and Mr. Powan, the lifeguards, who were so attentive and kind it made our pool time extra safe and relaxing. The infinity pool was amazing too perfect temperature and very clean!

Also, our experience at Paros Restaurant, together with Ms. Camile, was exceptional. The ambiance, food, and service were all top-notch.

The front desk team, especially Ms. Apoorav, made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. The buffet staff were equally impressive very accommodating and always with a smile.

And to the housekeeping team (I’m so sorry I forgot your name 😭) and the bellboys especially the Filipino staff and Mr. Mohamed you guys are the best! Your kindness and warm smiles did not go unnoticed. 💛

Honestly, because of the excellent service, we didn’t even feel the need to go out we were happy to stay, dine, and even try the spa at the hotel. That says a lot. The hospitality of the entire team is truly heartfelt.

The room was also very clean and comfortable. All the restroom in the hotel were spotless clean too!

Wont recommend it.
Pros:

Just roof top was good

Cons:

In booking.com was king room instead i was given twin room was charged extra cos i arrived at 4am.
Dark suffocating interior.
Manner less staff.
I was insulted so as my guest by 2 staff who were loud and unpleasant.

a quiet place for an escape
