My overall experience was good. Could have been excellent if the washrooms/ shower areas were properly maintained.
Saw small flies and insects in washrooms.
The room is cramped, dirty, smells and the shower releases some black things which have their own dirty smell. And there’s something like an alarm you’ll hear throughout your stay there that won’t let you sleep in peace

Lacking: 1) information about the sightseeing and other facilities around town. 2) At checkout, did not get a printed copy of charges, or e-mail with details of charges. I had to log in to my credit card account after I came home, to find the charges, but no details. I tried to send an e-mail to them, but got an error message. I am still waiting for an email from them with the details. Thank you.
It was great but I had a flight delayed and required a late check out like an hour or 2 they didn’t give it at all
Supposedly a new room but the condition of the room was terrible. Asked to change room. The new room did not have saggy paint on one side of the wall. However, the new room did have some towels that had spots, poor quality furnishings. In short - never again.

Checking out is the worst specially Im the only customer who checked out that time. it took almost 20 mins as the receptionist charge us extra for the breakfast that I did ot asked for. And when we try to get our deposit doesn't have change and we needed to wait more time so I decided to leave. Not prepared at all. I was late in my meeting BTW thanks to your receptionist.
