Pros:

Breakfast was an extra 25 pounds but was really top quality so worth the money.

Cons:

The room was excellent but the only thing we didn't like was that the separate WC didn't have a sink to wash your hands in, so we had to walk across the bedroom to the shower room after using the WC. Not a major issue but it seemed slightly odd.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable

Cons:

For the money we paid breakfast should be included, it wasn't so we had all meals elsewhere.
TV sited on the wrong wall
Had to live out of the suitcase as minimal storage in the room, but plenty of expensive unnecessaries.

Quite Simply Fabulous!
Pros:

We booked room only. Lovely room with window seat etc just as it is on the website. My daughter and I were going to the theatre, a 40th birthday treat from me. She was very happy with my choice of room. Lots of character and it would be ideal for a couple on a romantic date.
We ate in the restaurant there which was excellent. They added balloons to the table decor which was a nice touch for my daughter’s birthday which I’d mentioned when booking the table. We ate a light meal early because of our theatre visit but would have loved to have indulged more. The menu was amazing, the food and service too. We will definitely be returning.

Cons:

Nothing. It was ideal for our stay.

We will make sure to return and enjoy it all a second time.
Pros:

We liked everything about it. From arrival to departure the team were charming and helpful. We ate a delicious meal at the restaurant and slept soundly in a beautifully designed and equipped room on the best bed with the most luxurious bedding ever.
