I really enjoyed my stay overall, I wish the pool was heated as claimed and was cleaner but other than that everything w

The property was clean, comfortable and had all the basic necessities. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, there were multiple options including eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy.

Cons:

The indoor pool claimed to be heated online but was ice cold and it was kind of dirty, there was some stuff floating around inside of it. the AC unit in the room was leaking so we had to use a couple of our towels on the floor

WE MADE IT WORK!!!
Pros:

breakfast, TV channels, bed was comfortable

Cons:

floor was dirty, white socks turn black, need to mop every day
toilet seat didn't match the bowl, could not pee without having to hold seat, tank float needs to be replaced, doesn't work all the time
drains need to be snaked, slow to drain
Shawty workmanship on laying tile floor, cut to small around toilet, missing grout on threshold, finish painting around door frame. WALKED AWAY AND LEFT UNFINISHED!!!
Floor by A/C unit has deep scaring, needs to be address or at least rub out the black scrape marks
tub looks like the original, scrapes marks makes it look unclean. Also I requested a walk in shower and was told you didn't have any, even though the pictures of your room shows them. A little deceiving? Take pictures out if you don't have them
Got to experience a tornado warning at 5:00 am, front desk didn't seemed to concerned wasn't any shelter in place instructions For a place that HAS TORNADOS

Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There was smokers on our floor. The hallway smelled very badly every time we left our room. The pool was a little cold but inside.

My new go to in Louisville; great value and super comfortable beds.
Pros:

This property is updated and looks great! It is conveniently located near lots of restaurants and shopping, as well as major highways. The parking lot is very well lit with plenty of spaces.
