Pros:

It was close to the stadium. We came for the Commanders game

Cons:

Rooms were messed up. One of our rooms had water dripping down in our bathroom from the ceiling up above us. They had to switch that room. When we got the new room. The remote to the TV didn't work. So you couldn't watch TV in that room. They gave us a room key to watch TV in another room & then we had to go back to the room that the TV didn't work in. Then people were hollering all through the hotel. The police was there the day we were leaving because some girl was accusing some man of raping her there. It was just a crazy time the time we were there

If you need a place to sleep in the DC area go to Fairfax. Much safer

The front sign looks like it was crashed into and never fixed. Paint splattered on ground, elevators damaged.

It was okay but could be a better if the small thing are corrected. I would suggest have traveling guest stay separate f

The bed and the shower

Cons:

An resident dog was not on a leash and ran upon me while I was waiting on the elevator. I was scared the dog was going to bite me. Only one elevator was working during my stay. The floor in my room clearly was stained with paint spots. The toilet ran unless is hooked the handle sever times.
