After a long day's driving, this hotel was a welcome and relaxing destination.
Pros:

This is a very clean, well kept hotel in an Olde California presentation. Large rooms (ours 2 queen beds) with walk in shower, a large closet and a large mirrored sink area, full length mirror in the separate toilet/shower room as well as a bar type sink. Usual amenities, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. Good continental breakfast in dedicated room overlooking the pool and fountains. Elevators from parking lot level. Well situated just off Hwy 101, but very quiet.

Pros:

Wonderful setting and great "Inn". My wife and I enjoyed the quiet setting. The value was excellent given the Pismo beach setting.

A beautiful place to stay the night
Pros:

Such a beautiful motel!!! Bed great. Breakfast so good. Bacon very crisp and muffins from a local bakery,!!! Glad to see you support local business. I will for sure be returning next year ..

Pleasantly surprised.
Pros:

The king mattress was awesome. I have issues with back pain and I was able to sleep comfortably and wake up pain free. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Breakfast is average. Rooms are a little old and the carpet and furniture need to be replaced.

Not the cleanest
Pros:

For the value, it was reasonable, and for the short notice of our stay, all of the staff was really accommodating. However, it wasn't the cleanest hotel I've stayed in.

Very nice.
Pros:

I appreciated the fresh fruit and ease of heating the food.

Cons:

Would have preferred less processed food and more whole grain breads and cereals. The reconstituted eggs were inedible. Hard boiled eggs would be good for people who want a simple protein.
