We enjoyed a quiet evening at the coast, and our accommodations were pleasantly restful.

Good facilities and good breakfast
Pros:

Comfortable beds, clean. Nice facilities available. Impressed with the availability of breakfast (waffles, eggs, bacon, bagels, coffee, fruit, cereal )

It was good stay and comfortable.
Pros:

The room was large and comfortable.

Cons:

After cleaning staff left, the room was locked and we had to go to the front to open the door. It was wasting time.

Our stay was great! Great service and nice pool area.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, they have two separate breakfast areas which was nice. Made it less crowded

Cons:

Longer breakfast time would be nice. More breakfast options and keeping them fully stocked during the breakfast hours. Lots of things were already gone at 9:00 am when they don’t close till 9:30 am

Nothing food has gone down room was dirty baby underwear left under bed

Cons:

It has gone down the rugs are dirty The couch in the suite was very dirty did not feel comfortable sitting on it at all, and the rugs in the rooms were dirty. The breakfast was terrible.

Not a good place to stay
Pros:

Exteroir had a spanish decor which was nice

Cons:

Breakfest offered was very thin and tastless bacon, watery eggs and a few extras. But the main food was just pure bad. The cleanlyness of the property was below standard. Boken fixtures and trash not emptied. The staff also gave bad directions to the ice machine and restrooms

Most western Best Western ever
Pros:

It's a good little spot. It's the most western BW I've ever seen and I think that is cool. My kids haven't grown up with tias with southwestern decor, and they are really missing out. It's a little time capsule for California for sure. The garden, pool and breakfast room were delightful.

Family friendly and Clean Great Staff
Pros:

The staff here are great from check in to housekeeping to breakfast. Rooms are clean and cleaned daily. The level of cleanliness was appreciated. We observed staff cleaning the driveway, the walkways, the jacuzzi pool was fizzy early morning from a cleaning treatment. The suite was very roomy. The kids were in a bedroom with a door while we had a king bed and living area with sofa. The complimentary breakfast was greatly appreciated: eggs, bacon, waffles, bagels, cereal, toast, muffins, breakfast bars.
For being a BW member we received a small gift bag. The lobby brings out cookies in the afternoon - a nice treat for the kids.
Honest hard working staff. My son forgot his tablet and they called me to let me know. I was already on the road 2 hours away and counting!! This amazing staff mailed it to me in a timely matter with a shipping label I quickly paid and emailed to them. I had it back in 2 days!
I can't thank this team enough. I loved my stay here to enjoy my activities in Pismo. I highly recommend and don't forget to tip housekeeping here. They do DAILY cleaning and you know most places don't anymore. They are thorough professionals.

The best BW we've experienced
Pros:

Arroyo Grande and the Casa Grande Inn were not destinations for us on our road trip. They were simply a place to stop for the night. They will be destinations in the future. We'll go well out of our way to make sure this location can and will be part of the trip. The Casa Grande Inn is hands down the most beautiful BW property I've ever seen or had the opportunity to stay. The rooms are unique to the hotel as well. They are beautiful and beautifully done. They are clean, comfortable and memorable. The price is right too. It's comparable to others in the area, but a much better value given their uniqueness and memorable qualities. The staff too are exceptional. They happily answered our questions about the property and the town, and were willing to engage in conversation, rather than just hustling through a transaction. Overall, we are thrilled to have luckily found this location.

It was our first time staying there and overall the experience was good. I do see us going back and staying there again
Pros:

They friendly staff and the 2 different dog walk areas.

Cons:

The room had an odd old kind of smell to it. For the price they charge I thought the rooms would be a bit more up to date and nicer.
