Good place for the price
Cons:

The food at the breakfast seem to have gone down somewhat. The eggs were not cooked enough in my opinion, and I don’t know. It just seemed a little less good the staff there was excellent, though you know, just seem like the quality of the food was undercooked the eggs and the bacon too and yeah, otherwise I guess it was OK

Very clean, comfortable and inviting. We had a great time in the outside pool and hot tub.
Pros:

Breakfast area was quite clean and the food trays were refilled frequently. The room was nice and spacious. Pool area was veery nice.

Cons:

Breakfast area is cozy, but slightly small when there is an event happening nearby. However, there is room to sit outside if the weather is nice, which would alleviate the tightness.

Nice hotel good staff good food ruined by rude guests.
Pros:

We had kids in the the room above us that were so noisy and loud, when it got to be after 10 pm we called the front desk to complain. Noise continued , when spoke the front desk in the morning they apologize and gave us a discount. Breakfast was amazing. Wonderful decorations.

Ask for a non-pet friendly room!!!!!

Your breakfast attendant rocks!!! I don’t know how 1 person could do it all!!! She’s AMAZING!!

Cons:

I think we were given a pet room even though we didn’t have a pet. It smelled like dog!!! And, the carpeting was sticky like it had been peed on but couldn’t get it completely clean, so we had to wear shoes the entire time.

Slippery shower!
Pros:

Beautiful lobby and gardens. Very nice staff.

Cons:

On request we were given an accessibility room. The important request was for a walk-in shower. Unfortunately it didn't have any grab bars to prevent falls and the floor of the shower was very slippery. So, it wasn't safe for someone with accessibility needs. This might be something you could look into for future guests.
