Pros:

The location was excellent. Handy off of the freeway, but very quiet. Really good breakfast.

NIce place to stay.
Pros:

The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Everything was freshly made.
Staff in the breakfast area were efficient and kind.
Liked seating outside.

Cons:

Upon check-in at 4:00 on Feb. 25th, the front desk clerk was very terse, brusque.
He was not kind or helpful when questions were asked about our needs regarding our stay there.
His answers were a bit combative and not accommodating. He needs training on how to treat
traveling guests.
PS: The morning desk clerks were very kind and helpful.

Rude staff spent more time on his cell phone then looking at me in the eye keys didn't work multiple times once I got in the room it smelled like some swampy hole

They don’t put a hold on your cc for deposit they charge it right then. Fridge kept asking me up

After a long day's driving, this hotel was a welcome and relaxing destination.
Pros:

This is a very clean, well kept hotel in an Olde California presentation. Large rooms (ours 2 queen beds) with walk in shower, a large closet and a large mirrored sink area, full length mirror in the separate toilet/shower room as well as a bar type sink. Usual amenities, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. Good continental breakfast in dedicated room overlooking the pool and fountains. Elevators from parking lot level. Well situated just off Hwy 101, but very quiet.
