La piscine sale.
Pros:

L'hotel excentré, nous pensions qu'il était dans le centre. La piscine était sale et toute petite. Et le personnel s'est trompé de chambre et nous avons du marcher des km pour retourner à l'acuueil et retrouver notre chambre.
IL est joliment décoré mais trés cher par rapport à la qualité.

Adequate, but not a good value for the price.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t what was pictured on the website. There was paint where wainscoting should have been, laminate flooring where Berber carpet should have been, and only one chair (which was broken) in a room that slept four. It felt more like a hostel room than a hotel room. We were glad we brought earplugs because it was very noisy. And there was no mention of stairs that must be climbed. We will not recommend it and won’t likely stay there again.

my room was very disappointing. No heat or room phone
Pros:

Front desk staff and Maintenance Man were extremely nice and helpful. Tried their best to remedy a bad situation.

Cons:

Room should have been checked before giving it out. Heat did not work. Outside temperature was in 30’s. Room phone did not work. Could not call desk about heat. Used cell phone to call hotel and get front desk. Maintenance Man fixed heat. Could not fix phone. Took about two hours to warm up room.

Nice place to stay a few nights. Great location for our interests.
Pros:

We’ve stayed at this location many times over the last 15 years. This was our first since it’s remodel and rebranding as the Wayfinder. Very much uplifted. It’s nicely appointed with a quaint, comfortable, and truly stylish finish. Daily cleaning and towel replenishment.

Cons:

Was somewhat taken aback by the resort fee of $20 per day, as it was explained to us, this is for access to workout room and outdoor pool (which was not open). They did credit back the $10 for 1 hour early check in fee. This is after all Newport, and have to come to expect the unexpected from options at this location. Next time, will check the fine print and contact property about supplemental charges.
