staff ruined our experience
Pros:

we really liked the bed once i got extra pillows, and we appreciated the bathroom having a door.

Cons:

the fridge didn’t really work at all, thank god we didn’t count on leftovers. text service before check in was unreliable, asked if they had a full length mirror and they lied. sink didn’t work, nor did drain. hotel sent engineers with dirty boots in. next day when we came back to get ready for dinner, house keeping knocked. i asked for 30 mins as i was in a towel. i made it clear we wanted our room cleaned. they never came back. when i told the front desk this they said there wouldn’t have been maids that late…. huh? i know what i saw and we spoke to them. staff at little clam was rude and food was bad. i got a eggs benny and the egg was hard boiled. late checkout costs extra.

Pros:

Bellissime camere con arredamento di design. Bagno spazioso. Un po’ fuori ma servizio navetta molto utile

Colazione alla carta pagamento, un po’ cara. Pulizia del bagno non impeccabile

Very nice. Maybe too expensive for the family to visit again.. but was nice.
Pros:

I liked the hotel and transportation into the main beach and shopping areas. I didn't like the pool closing early on our last night as I thought I'd enjoy it and they closed at 8 pm which was earlier than other nights of our stay. We thought we could go swim on our last night but they were closed. Communication when you check in on pool hours for different nights of the stay would have been welcome.

Cons:

Restaurant was pricey for bringing a family to eat. We had to find other places after the bill for the breakfast was so high.

This was our second summer at the Wayfinder and we had the most memorable time! See you next summer!
Pros:

I love that there’s an outdoor pool with great food , staff is friendly, cool vibe, love that they have bikes to borrow

Cons:

The rooms were a bit stuffy, I did not like that I could not adjust the AC to my liking

Habitación 119 es una pesadilla
Pros:

El Hotel es muy chulo, tiene piscina, un mini gimnasio, y Restaurante está muy bien decorado

Cons:

Me dieron la habitación al lado de la recepción y no pude dormir en toda la noche, porque había una puerta de incendios que se abría y se cerraba permanentemente a 400€ la noche!!
