Pros:

Rooms are spacious.

Cons:

Snow wasn't cleared, all over the parking lot making it almost impossible to park or walk. AM receptionist was very pleasant but not so with the PM lady.

Pros:

I loved the central location! Was able to reach everything I needed within reasonable time and distance.

I would stay here again…very clean…very nice staff!
Pros:

Shawna was extremely polite and friendly. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable bedding

Cons:

Very small bathroom…toilet extremely low and the tub was not “disabled” accessible.

Pros:

Chauna was at the front desk for the majority of my stay, and she was absolutely AMAZING!! Easily the most friendly and caring employee I have run into in my business travels. Made check in and check out very easy, answered all of my many questions, was always asking about my day, and made me feel very welcome. Definitely the highlight of my stay!

disappointing
Pros:

sausage gravy and biscuits. Chauna Jones was great Helped me get transportation to the airport and with my bill. Was always there.

Cons:

Fried eggs that looked like they use at McDonalds for egg McMuffin were tasteless and unappetizing
Sign was difficult to see from street when trying to find the hotel
Room air conditioner to loud had to turn everything off at night to be able to sleep. Had to flush toilet twice to get paper from coming back up. Night stand with telephone on it hadn't been dusted in a while. No daily cleaning service even with card asking for it. Lever to sink to fill sink wouldn't work so had to run water longer

Very nice
Pros:

I reserved a room like before to accommodate my power wheelchair. Upon arrival, my confirmed request was not received by the hotel, and there were no wheelchair rooms available. We asked to look at a king bed room, and that room actually provided more open space that the wheelchair room we previously stayed in. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

The size of the elevator. My wheelchair took up 75% of the elevator.

Excellent. Good family time. The room was excellent and quiet. Only the sleeper sofa needs checking.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent at this price point. The lady at the front desk was wonderful. The lady at breakfast was helpful as well.

Cons:

The only thing that I would recommend is a new sleeper sofa in room 232. I feel it's seen better days.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. The staff were very kind. My room was very spacious. Location is good. Close to lots of restaurants and highways.

Cons:

Not a fan of uncarpeted rooms. I think I understand the reason for them, but I think I would rather have carpet than have to wipe my bare feet off before putting shoes on. The refrigerator is very loud. I had to unplug it at night. The morning that they made bacon for breakfast, the smell of the bacon permeated the hotel.

The staff made the stay expectational!!
Pros:

The staff was absolutely amazing!! I'm not going to lie, at first I was iffy about the buildings location, but the staff made the stay absolutely worth every dime!

Cons:

The room doors wouldn't shut without an excessive push. The first rooms door wouldn't even open, but the staff moved us to another room closer to our grandkids.
