Staff was great and are what holds up the property, best western should invest in those people and this place

The staff was great and welcoming

Cons:

The property was older and in need of repairs. The bathroom had old chalking and the sink head sprayed everywhere when using. All the stuff was old.

Pros:

The stone property, the look of it all, the coffee machine when you came in and the clean smell and cleanliness and the continental breakfast.

Cons:

It needed to be updated as far as paint and broken furniture. We had double queen size bed rooms but the beds seemed to be full size not queen size. For the price we paid it should have been top notch on everything. So that was kind of the only complaints.

Rooms are spacious.

Cons:

Snow wasn't cleared, all over the parking lot making it almost impossible to park or walk. AM receptionist was very pleasant but not so with the PM lady.

I loved the central location! Was able to reach everything I needed within reasonable time and distance.

I would stay here again…very clean…very nice staff!

Shawna was extremely polite and friendly. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable bedding

Cons:

Very small bathroom…toilet extremely low and the tub was not “disabled” accessible.

disappointing
Pros:

sausage gravy and biscuits. Chauna Jones was great Helped me get transportation to the airport and with my bill. Was always there.

Cons:

Fried eggs that looked like they use at McDonalds for egg McMuffin were tasteless and unappetizing
Sign was difficult to see from street when trying to find the hotel
Room air conditioner to loud had to turn everything off at night to be able to sleep. Had to flush toilet twice to get paper from coming back up. Night stand with telephone on it hadn't been dusted in a while. No daily cleaning service even with card asking for it. Lever to sink to fill sink wouldn't work so had to run water longer
