STAY AWAY !!!

Pros:

Breakfast was okay and breakfast staff was very nice.

Cons:

This property should be shut down immediately. From the outside, it looks completely neglected, and the inside is in equally unacceptable condition. Our room had an entry door with gaps so large that hallway light poured in all night. There were stains on the bedsheets, ceiling, and walls—including what appeared to be dried blood or feces in the bathroom. The microwave was dirty inside, and the AC unit—installed inside an old furniture—blew dust and debris onto the floor. The bathroom faucet sprayed water everywhere, and the toilet ran constantly.
To make matters worse, on the last day of our stay, when most of the rooms on our floor were vacant, the hotel turned off the hot water, seemingly to save money. When we asked for a solution, we were refused access to shower in any of the many empty rooms in other buildings.
The front desk staff member, Channelle, was unprofessional and unhelpful and two-faced, which only added to the negative experience. Overall, this property is poorly maintained, badly managed, and should not be operating in its current condition.

The staff was great and welcoming

Cons:

The property was older and in need of repairs. The bathroom had old chalking and the sink head sprayed everywhere when using. All the stuff was old.

Pros:

The stone property, the look of it all, the coffee machine when you came in and the clean smell and cleanliness and the continental breakfast.

Cons:

It needed to be updated as far as paint and broken furniture. We had double queen size bed rooms but the beds seemed to be full size not queen size. For the price we paid it should have been top notch on everything. So that was kind of the only complaints.
