Excellent stay in this out-of-time house.
Pros:

The renewal of Spa ! Very good breakfast and the place has the typical style of the beginning of 20th century.

Pros:

Fantastique séjour à La Villa des Fleurs: accueil, propreté, décoration , très grande chambre, petit-déjeuner, parking, emplacement vélo...

Cons:

matelas un peu (trop) dur pour moi mais surtout oreiller pas agréable (matériel dur/ peu malléable) d'où le 9/10 (sinon c'était 10/10!). Donc literie à améliorer selon moi.

Très bel endroit pour découvrir Spa et les Ardennes belges
Pros:

La situation tout près du centre de Spa, mais parfaitement au calme.
Le personnel extremement aimable et sympathique.
La flexilbilté pour obtenir un petit dejeuner legerement anticipé.
La possibilité de rangement sécurisé des velos, et aussi la possibilité de recharger la voiture.

Cons:

Rien à signaler. Un petit problème technique a été réglé très vite.

Wonderful stay will be back
Pros:

From the unites states; when booking we assumed we were on the ground floor (1) which in the netherlands / belgium is one floor up lol

Cons:

Just for information the nightstand light at the right hand side (next to the fridge) doesn't work may need a bulb so my wife could not do her customary read before going to sleep

Nice location. Parking restrictive.

Great property. Great situation in centre

Cons:

There was a mess up with the room so got charged twice
There was a group of us and asked to move cars together.
Didn’t benefit us or others. . Nonsense

Pros:

Das Haus war wunderschön. Es lag zentral und hatte trotzdem einen Parkplatz. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Zum Teekochen wäre ein Heißwasserbereiter besser, damit der Tee nicht nach Kaffee schmeckt.

Perfect voor kort verblijf!
Pros:

Ondanks dat het hotel wat gedateerd is, is het zeker aan te raden voor een kort verblijf.
Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, alles is netjes en ontbijt is ok.
Zeker aan te raden.

Cons:

Aangezien het een oud pand betreft kun je er niets aan veranderen maar pas op als je met een iets bredere wagen komt. De inrit tot de parking achteraan is smal (oude toegangspoort) en het indraaien vraagt aandacht aangezien het een eerder smalle straat betreft.
