Fijn verblijf met parkeergelegenheid in het centrum van Spa.
Pros:

Fijn hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel in het centrum van Spa waar je op het terrein kunt parkeren en je electrische auto kunt opladen.

Cons:

Wij zaten in een suite in het bijgebouw. Hier zijn twee ruime kamers met een grote badkamer en een goed bed. Eigenlijk viel niets ons echt tegen, maar als tip zouden wij het hotel willen aanbevelen de verlichting in de kamers te verbeteren. Plaats bijvoorbeeld twee vloerschemerlampen in de kamers.

Pros:

Location is good, very central in Spa. The outside of and garden of the building are beautiful. Breakfast was good, I can imagine having breakfast outside in summer is great on the terrace.

Cons:

Reception was closed when we arrived, check in started from 15:00 according to booking, but reception opened back at 15:30. The staff member we asked about this was kind of rude. Our room was on the street side, which was very noisy. It was quite warm so the windows needed to be open. The bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. One of the beds in the twin room was not straight, kind of leaned to one side. All in all, I would not recommend staying here. For the price we paid we could have booked something better (and have a more hospitable welcome).

Hotel lindo, excelente localização, funcionários simpáticos, limpeza e bom pequeno almoço

Cons:

O quarto duplo é demasiado pequeno, não adequado a um hotel de 4 estrelas. A cama de casal está encostada a uma parede, não tem nenhum espaço de circulação. Seria admissível para 1 pessoa.

Beautiful Stately Villa with a lovely courtyard to enjoy a coffee before heading out to explore Spa
Pros:

The location is great, right in the downtown area of Spa. Easy to walk to shops, Thermes, and many restaurants and bars. The breakfast was outstanding, with many different self-serve options to try and made-to-order eggs!

Cons:

We were there during a very hot week in August, and it was a bit warm in the room, but we were able to get a fan and that really helped.

Hôtel très bien placé et calme en plein festival de Spa !
Pros:

Hôtel calme très bien situé dans le coeur de Spa ! Parking sur place, on peut tout faire à pieds.
Super accueil, personnel attentif, petit déjeuner basique mais avec de bons produits, excellent pain !
Produits Nuxe et Caudalie dans la salle de bain, un petit plus appréciable !

Cons:

Pas de clim dans la chambre (juste un ventilateur) et pas très lumineuse.

Op de warmte van de kamer na was het allemaal prima in orde. Goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, nette kamers en badkam

Alles zag er zeer verzorgd en netjes uit

Cons:

We hadden de ‘pech’ dat het erg warm was (rond de 34 graden) dus op de kamer was het broeierig en warm. Helaas geen airco aanwezig, er stond wel een ventilator gelukkig die bracht nog enigszins verkoeling. Omdat we aan de straatkant sliepen was het openzetten van je raam een afweging tussen lawaai en koele lucht of stilte en warmte.
