Pros:

The kids really enjoyed swimming and the space to wear off some energy.

Cons:

We came to Sioux Falls for a bridal shower and some fun down time for the kids in between. After swimming all wkd, we had zero access to hot water to shower the entire weekend, I also had no working electrical outlets in the bathroom to curl our hair, I had to plug in my iron in the main area with no mirrors to use.

The pool was great for our son. That was the only positive about our stay.

Cons:

Our room was wrong twice. They did not have the room that we booked for. I was still charged the same amount for the wrong room. We were supposed to have a king room with pull out couch. We ended up having to go buy a traveling toddler bed for our son because they didn’t have the right room available.

Small rooms but worth it for the amazing breakfast and the water park. My kids had a blast.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the water park was amazing. The breakfast was excellent, no watery eggs or juice.

Overall it was nice but debatable to come back.

Cons:

There were no clean towels in the pool area. Also check out was 11am and when I some back from dr appointment at 9am.
My hotel room door was left wide open after I shut it before we left with belongings still in there ?!?
I have everything I need when I came home but that was very unprofessional and rude!?! I would say maybe you thought I was checked out but I wasn’t yet !? Also you would think it was left open to clean but there was no cleaning being done and no cleaning supplies anywhere near the hotel rooms near by either ??? Feelings are weird because of that incident ?

Pros:

I really liked how last minute when we was checking in to our 2 rooms. I asked if they could possibly change the rooms so they would be combined. There was no issue or extra charge for that.
