Overall it was nice but debatable to come back.

Cons:

There were no clean towels in the pool area. Also check out was 11am and when I some back from dr appointment at 9am.
My hotel room door was left wide open after I shut it before we left with belongings still in there ?!?
I have everything I need when I came home but that was very unprofessional and rude!?! I would say maybe you thought I was checked out but I wasn’t yet !? Also you would think it was left open to clean but there was no cleaning being done and no cleaning supplies anywhere near the hotel rooms near by either ??? Feelings are weird because of that incident ?

Pros:

I really liked how last minute when we was checking in to our 2 rooms. I asked if they could possibly change the rooms so they would be combined. There was no issue or extra charge for that.

Гостиница оставила смешанные впечатления. Из плюсов — хорошее расположение и наличие аквапарка, что удобно для отдыха с детьми. Однако на этом положительные моменты, пожалуй, заканчиваются.

Cons:

Номера темные, с устаревшим интерьером. Особенно расстроило качество уборки — пыль на шкафу и полках лежала буквально толстым слоем, что недопустимо для отеля с такими расценками. Кондиционер дует очень сухим воздухом, из-за чего по утрам было неприятное ощущение в горле. В целом создаётся впечатление, что за внешним фасадом не стоит должного уровня сервиса.

Впечатление — «неплохо, но и не вау». Цена совершенно не соответствует качеству. $738 за 2 ночи …. За такие деньги мы неделю провели в Турции все включено

Was a very nice experience. Stayed here only because of the water park very kid friendly

Very nice place. Kids had an amazing time at the indoor water park.

Cons:

Hotel was a maze and easy to get turned around. Had to go to the front desk to get towels for the pool. My pool view room was actual a view of the parking lot.

Pros:

Wonderful Staff
We came in very late and they allowed us to preorder dinner and we picked it up at the bar well after the restaurant was closed. We are so great full. Thank you so very much for taking such great care of us.
