Idéal pour une nuit calme et confortable mais améliorations à apporter sur les espaces communs

La chambre était parfaite et conforme à mon attente. Lit confortable, double porte isolante du couloir . Climatisation bien placée et bien reglée

Cons:

L'austérité globale des espaces communs. Couleurs ternes, affichettes sans grand intérêt. Pas de présentation des tarifs, des horaires de disponibilités (ni auprès de qui les demander) des plats chauds proposés.
La salle de petit déjeuner au sous sol (sans fenêtre), alors qu'il y a un bel espace près de l'accueil.

L'hotel correspondait à nos attentes.
Pros:

Petit dejeuner tres complet et varié. Emplacement ideal et central. Tout est faisable à pied ou en tramway qui sont juste à coté. La nuit le quartier est calme donc pas derangé par le bruit.

Cons:

Il manque une prise dans la salle de bain pour brancher mon boucleur dyson. La prise n'est que pour les rasoirs.

L'emplacement

Cons:

Chambre vielle et chaude, vielle clim qui fonctionne tres mal 4 jours allumer 24/24 pr avoir une température normale. Ménage le sol jamais fait. Il manque un frigo dans la chambre.Et odeur dégoût dans le douche ou entrée. Petit déjeuner boff et très peu de choix.

Pros:

An excellent location in the heart of the city of Nantes, close to all amenities, the welcome, the room, the comfort were superb, and the breakfast was also fantastic.
Un excellent emplacement au coeur de la ville de Nantes, près de toutes les commodités, l'accueil, la chambre, le confort super, le petit déjeuner est aussi formidable.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing to complain about, I loved it and especially the courtesy, every question had an answer.
Vraiment, il y avait rien à redire, j'ai bien adoré de la courtoisie surtout, chaque question avait sa réponse.

Pros:

Très bien situé,
Le parking souterrain situé à 3 min à pied
Énormément de restaurants autour

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain était moyenne.
La vétusté (moquette au sol, murs et portes abîmés)
Et le lit double était finalement 2 lits simples et du coup ils s'écartaient avec nos mouvements.

Pros:

Accueil du personnel très agréable, aimable et prévenant. Les chambres sont bien isolées du couloir avec deuxième porte intérieure. Un très bon emplacement pour profiter de la ville et de ses lieux de restaurations.
