Excellent location and very friendly staff.
Pros:

Excellent location, really nice staff, good size bedroom, and great breakfast.

Cons:

The beds was not as comfortable as expected from a chain hotel.

Good central position.

Cons:

The shower head kept falling on the lowest point of the bar so it was impossible to take a good shower. The bed was composed by two small mattresses put together and you could feel the division in the middle. When I arrived there were small pieces of wood on the toilet floor and on the sink which the personnel kindly cleaned.

Personale davvero gentile. Qualche ora dopo il checkout ci hanno prestato un'altra camera con bagno per cambiarci prima di partire per il viaggio di ritorno. Posizione davvero centralissima.

Estancia en un hotel confortable para visitar una ciudad imprescindible
Pros:

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal de recepción. La ubicación incluye no solo la cercanía de distintos puntos de interés para el que visita la ciudad por primera vez sino también la propia ubicación del hotel (a pesar de que hay una gran avenida cerca -Les cinquante otages-, no hay ruidos). El personal de recepción es muy atento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y simpáticos. En cuanto a la habitación, es muy correcta, confortable y con aparato de aire acondicionado. El desayuno es completo y, lo mejor, tiene un horario amplio.

Cons:

Quizá se pueda mejorar la cama de la habitación doble estándar.

Pros:

La amabilidad de la recepcionista, la limpieza, el aire acondicionado, los detalles del lavabo, el desayuno que no nos esperábamos, la comodidad de las camas, el secador de pelo, la ubicación, relación calidad/precio, en fin, todo.

Cons:

Por decir algo, quizás algún metro más de habitación.

La camera pulita, tranquilla e con il climatizzatore ( faceva molto caldo fuori)

Cons:

Colazione scarsa! Niente fresco! Sinceramente ho bevuto solo un caffè. Non c’era neanche un personale nella sala colazione e le cose tutte piene di mosche.
