Parking was close and well lit
Special thanks for Christine kolb save me 5 rooms to stay with my family during Christmas which I’m having trouble in my booking with Delta Hotel in Downtown. I really appreciate and enjoy our stay in our own property that cares in Marriott’s associates. Special service in our breakfast in Sage & Co Shona and Viviene so awesome servers, customer service is above & beyond. Food is so delicious, served our breakfast in time. My family enjoyed it so much, Sinaga and Ismael , Dara assist us so well, go above & beyond in customer service..Our rooms are really clean and so comfortable den. I love Delta Marriott by Southland feels like your home. Love the people… Chad the Sage & Co manager serves us hot mulled wine 🍷 so delicious.. awesome Chad . Thank you Delta Southland for having us. Enjoy our stay. Keep coming back.
Staff were all very friendly
The customer service manager at the front desk could use a refresher course on customer service. He was rude for no reason and attempted to charge my friends credit card without her consent for something that was never mentioned to her. When asked to show the paper work for that he had no proof for the charge. He is arrogant and does not treat people well. Even the staff that worked there were surprised by his actions and apologized countless times for his behavior. I believe the hotel can do better. Happy to provide more details/context if necessary
The property was clean and inviting.
I was first put in the atrium near the pool. It was very loud.
I wasn’t too happy dealing with some of the front desk staff. Not friendly.
Was here over the weekend for a tournament. Rooms were clean and spacious. A little dated but I don’t mind that to much as long as they were clean. Only complaint was the shower head could only be pointed straight at you and not over you. And the water pressure was horrible. It’s in a great location close to anything you might need
Great location
Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, pillows were so nice. The pool was nice, but sad that the hot tub wasn't working.
The only bad part was the service at Sage & Co. Service was so slow, and it made me feel like we were doing something wrong by being there. But the food was good, and the overall stay at the hotel was great. Would stay again for sure
Simple, clean non pretentious hotel. Selected this as our tour bus to Banff departed just across the street.
Rooms are quiet spacious, sleep quality was excellent.
As we took the no- breakfast plan, cannot comment on the same.

Great location for our weekend away. Unfortunately the front desk staff did not give much information about the hotel, like pool locations and opening times. Had no information about breakfast or times. They did however get my second room inspected right away and available to me. The rooms were clean and comfortable for their size. The AC units didn’t seem to work to well though.
The waterslide in the main hotel was great and the pool and hot tub in the atrium were very nice for a relaxed swim. We got the breakfast vouchers, which I highly recommend, to use at the restaurant on site. Staff were very friendly. We plan to come back to the same hotel on our next trip!
The hotel was close to Calgary Heritage Park and easy to find.
Room wasn’t ready when we tried to check in at 7pm. Gob of hair in the shower, shower head wouldn’t stay upright, Shampoo and Conditioner were both empty. Gob of hair in the teeny tiny little hot tub, thick layer of disgusting foam on top when jets on. Fridge made high pitched noise, they replaced it but the inside of replacement fridge was dirty. Phone didn’t work, they had to replace battery. All of this was communicated to the hotel. Was told hotel manager would call me to discuss when we checked out at 10am. It’s 4 hours later and no call yet.
