It worked but not my favourite
Pros:

Good location and view nice windows weren’t fogged up because they are so old

Cons:

Wish there was some sort of complementary breakfast. The coffee machine in room didn’t work. Wasn’t impressed of the hidden fee of the parking. For the extra parking fee of 30 dollars a day I would have just stays somewhere else with breakfast and parking.
The windows are old and thin so there was always wet fog on them so could rarely see outside

Perfect if you’re just sleeping there. Park pub has great food and entertainment. Staff are very friendly.

The location is good but hotel needs some upgrade.

Location is great.
The sports pub is good. Monday specials in chicken wings and 24 oz beers.
Staff very helpful.

Cons:

The bed is not comfy.
Building needs some renovation.
Lift buttons not working.

All in all I would stay there again for the location alone
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the cleaners were PHENOMENAL. Every day our room was spotless, fresh towels, really amazing. The cleaning staff were incredible. It was in an amazing location with a starbucks, the beach and a million restaurants nearby. They accomodated us with an early check in which we really appreciated.

Cons:

Our bathroom didn't have a fan which was super weird and so anytime someone showered it was gross and muggy, the building and room itself was pretty dated and there was lots of water damage on the ceiling and just overall not the nicest place. The front desk staff was okay.

Pros:

Good location. Close to water. Friendly staff. Clean common areas & room. Bed was comfortable. Food & drink are real close as well in nearby areas. If most guests arrived with a vehicle parking could become tight.

I'd stay here again
Pros:

I haven't had a lot of expectations but surprisingly everythins was really good. Girls from cleaning room team, you're perfect. Clean bathroom, clean towels, fresh bedsheets. No smell in the room. Perfect location.

Cons:

The only one thing I would improve - windows, it's a bit old and as a result you can hear noise from the street. (but anyways it's not so terrible)

Pros:

We arrived early and were able to check in to all three of our rooms at 1:15 or so. The rooms were clean and comfy. I had an excellent sleep. The hotel was located right by English Bay, making it excellent value for the money that we spent.

Cons:

We weren't able to use Visa.Debit cards to pay our damage deposits.

The front reception was helpful and the bar was excellent and the food very good. Including the service. Position, fantastic.

A little old, bathroom door opens and misses the toilet by an inch. But considering the age not bad.
