I didn't like the hotel, but location was good and staff is friendly

Simplemente increible
Pros:

La ubicación es simplemente increible, está a unos pasos de Englich bay, lo que permite disfrutar de la plya y atardeceres hermosos caminando.
E igual esta muy cerca de Stanley park, perfecto para salir a caminar o posear con tu mascota.
En geenral, es una ubicacion ideal si quieres estar cerca de todo, con un ambiente bonito, seguro y muy caminable

I like the Hotel coz it's very near in English Bay and Stanley Park and a lot of restaurant nearby.

No bath tub in my room just the regular shower hoping all rooms will have bath tub soon.

The room is very small especially the washroom it's so tiny

The airconditioning was blowing directly to our face when in bed. We end up not using the airconditioning

Good three-night stay in Vancouver, B.C.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was sweet! Walk right out to the Stanley Park Promenade, down the prom to the Granville Ferry, and all around for food choices. Walk a half block for a perfect view of the bay at sunset. The cafe experience was awesome every time. Great staff and food!
Good wi-fi.
The trade off is that when you're close to the action, you're also close to late-night revelers and sounds from the street, below. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Cons:

We liked our experience. Didn't spend much time in the room.

Loved the hotel and the location is great. So many things to do within walking distance.
Pros:

Front desk staff were very good. They addressed all our request and were very responsive.

Cons:

The elevator door in the lobby should identify that you need to use the room key to call the elevator. Kind of funny but we walked up to the door for two days and it opened right away, sometimes without anyone coming out. Then we figured it out that it did not have motion sensors.

Awesome hotel, super friendly staff, the location is a dream, we go every year and choose this location. Recommend it so
Pros:

The location is perfect, the beds are so comfortable, everyone is so nice und friendly, the restaurant attached to the hotel is awesome and the breakfast is fantastic! 10 out of 10 for sure!!

Cons:

The ONLY (tiniest) thing is the rooms get really warm at night (76F) and even when turning down the thermostat is was still so warm and the temperature did t go down. But opening the window helped a lot. I also rather be too warm than too cold. Nobody could figure out why, but all our rooms from our party were so warm at night.
