Location and parking was great

Cons:

The carpet smeells bad and is old u can tell its ben there a while also the fact that its pet friendly is cringing they need to remove carpet other than that hotel was great staff was great

WILLNEVER STAY AT A BEST WESTERN AND I WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED.
Pros:

The staff working the front desk was trying to charge us more for a deposit than what we were paying for the room. He was very rude. We showed up and he was telling us that because we refused to pay more for a deposit than the actual room for the night that he was just going to put us in as a no show which was a lie. I think he just wanted to scam us. We went to another hotel that was double the price for a room with triple less for a deposit.

An excellent location for a stay in Sarnia. The staff were very accommodating.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent, since it is in walking distance of Sarnia's waterfront and promenade. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the menu selection. Our room was very comfortable and we were able to select the room's location with any difficulties.

Cons:

That Amazon was holding a super sale at the Hotel.

Old and not maintained.
Pros:

Booked 2 rooms. Both rooms felt like you were sleeping in a swamp. Moisture was bad. Air conditioner loud and did not help. Both rooms out of body wash when we took a shower.. Had to use shampoo to shower with. Booking said continental breakfast included but when we arrived it did not apply on weekends. Never again.

With the A/C on, the room smelled awful. I had to close it, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to stay in the room because of the smell.

Uncomfortable. Terrible sleep.

Very loud old air conditioner made it impossible to sleep. Window only opened a couple of inches.
