El trato de la recepcionista de República Checa.

Es la primera vez que pongo una reseña negativa en un alojamiento. Reservamos por booking la habitación Deluxe con sofá cama donde se ven unas vistas increíbles, era bastante cara pero esas vistas merecían la pena. Cuando llegamos allí nos dieron las llaves de una habitación de la planta 3 (era un edificio de 13 plantas), con lo que las vistas por las que yo había pagado no tenían nada que ver. Desde recepción me informaron que hay una habitación deluxe en cada planta y que si quieres las de las últimas plantas tienes que avisarlo, si esta información estuviera al hacer la reserva tendría sentido, pero no lo estás, tú reservas una habitación donde te guías por las fotos que ves, pero me dijeron que sea la planta que sea pues que siempre ponen las fotos de la planta 13, lo que ocurre es que pagar esa cantidad de dinero por una habitación normal con ningunas vistas pues está falseando la realidad a mi parecer. La chica de recepción que nos atendió hizo todo lo posible por mejorarnos la estancia y nos trató fenomenal y se lo agradezco muchísimo. La primera noche nos puso en la planta 6 y la segunda noche por fin en la planta 13 pero al final sientes que tienes que luchar por algo que has pagado y te corresponde.

Pros:

מיקום מושלם, קרוב מאוד לדוטונבורי, אבל מספיק רחוק כדי לא להיות בתוך הרעש וההמולה. מרחק הליכה קצר לתחנת רכבת.
חדר קטן bעים ונוח. מקלחת מעולה. ארוחת בוקר חביבה, קצת צפוף בחדר האוכל. צוות אדיב.

Die Nähe zum Einkaufsviertel

Cons:

Kleine, enge Zimmer. In den Ecken und Zwischenräume sammelt sich der Schmutz und war auch anfangs nicht gereinigt. Vorhang hat Ansatz von Schimmelbildung. Frühstück in der Hotellobby, viel zu wenig Sitzgelegenheiten, mann muss warten, bis was frei wird.

Migliorabile ma comunque ottimo!
Pros:

La velocità e la praticità dei servizi. L'accessibilità 24h e il konbini sotto l'albergo è una grande comodità. Un pò fuori dal centro ma comunque un'ottima struttura. Molto buona la colazione.

Cons:

La camera non era esattamente nuovissima ma comunque funzionale e ospitale.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is very centrally located, a very short stroll to dontonburi, shinsaibashi shopping and kuromon market. Rooms were on the smaller side (we stayed in a twin), but comfortable and clean. Would stay again. Thank you.
