La ubicación perfecta para moverse desde Osaka a los alrededores, y sin coger bus, estás entre las calles más famosas, llenas de tiendas y restaurantes.
No tenían mesitas, aunque una tenía dos buf/taburete.
Excellent location for shopping dining and shuttle buses from and to the Kansai airport.
Breakfast is great while the staff is always smiley and helpful
Tutto positivo, staff molto accogliente ed esaustivo. Camera bella spaziosa ( ci é stato anche assegnato un upgrade gratuito), pulita e con tutti i servizi.
The location for all that we did in Osaka was really convenient as it was central to most of the things we wanted to do and a metro line very close to the door. The room itself was very decent, it did seem too warm at the start, but by opening the window we could get it to where about we wanted, beds were very comfy but can move a bit. Everything we could possibly ned as a homebase for Osaka exploration!
한국어 조금 할 줄 아는 직원 분이 계시더라구요. 영어도 하시는 외국인도 계셨어요. 올라가기 전에 필요한 칫솔이나 타올 같은거 받고 올라갈 수 있음.

창문이 밀착이 잘 안되는지 찬 바람이 들어왔어요 ㅠ
그리고 창문 방음이 잘 안돼서 그런지 경찰차나 응급차 소리가 너무 잘 들려서 밤귀 예민하신 분들은 힘들어하실 수도 있음

Excellent bed and pillows.
Only 2 washing machines. Not enough in my opinion for the hotel of that size.
Windows need lots of sound proofing. Right next to a busy main road, all sorts of sounds can be heard on all manner of hours.
Bins didn't get cleared as often, my understanding was rubbish bins get cleared everyday.
Signs/information should state whether the bottle waters in the room was chargeable to the room. Or informed upon check in.
