An early check-in at 07:00 or late check-out at 19:00 can be requested at a cost of 50% of the room rate.

Please note that parking has limited spaces and it cannot be reserved. Places are assigned according to arrival. Parking next to the hotel is also available.

Our property is now pet friendly, and we welcome pets weighing up to 8 kilograms, allowing one dog per apartment. Excelencia en servicio al cliente
Pros:

Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, con calefacción central, con disponibilidad de enchufes que soportan otros estándares además del local, deliciosos desayunos, amabilidad y cordialidad de todo el personal. Esta muy bien ubicada, cerca de todo lo imprescindible.

Pros:

Excelente, la limpieza y la comodidad, tanto del lugar , como la del depto. Fuimos en familia, somos 5 y nos fué muy cómodo. Amplio y con mucho espacio de guardado.

La mampara de la ducha de un baño muy angosta y un poco incómoda para bañarse...todo lo demás impecable

Sin dudas iría de nuevo si viajo en familia.
Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fué la ubicación, ya que se encuentra cerca caminando de varias atracciones de la ciudad, como museos, shopping, restaurantes, puntos turísticos. El desayuno también completo con opciones para todos los gustos. Nos tocó un departamento de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, cocina completa y sala comedor, que fué más amplio de lo que se veía en las fotos y con un gran balcón a la avenida.

Atendimento dos funcionários, todos muito simpáticos, a localização também é muito boa.

Achei o apto um pouco antigo, Box do banheiro de casal é pequeno, a cama do quarto de casal também ja passou da hora de trocar o colchão.

Apartamento amplo e bem localizado
Pros:

Apartamento amplo, novo e bem equipado. Equipe muito nem treinada, atenciosa e educada.
Houve a troca da empresa que serve o café da manhã ao longo da nossa estada e o café da manhã ficou muito melhor, compatível com o nível da acomodação.
Excelente localização, com várias linhas de ônibus e com estação de metrô a 12 min a pé.

Cons:

Estava tudo muito bom. Se o café da manhã no início não tinha uma boa apresentação, ao longo da estada houve a troca da empresa por outra que passou a servir um café da manhã bem variado e gostoso.
Não temos nenhum ponto negativo.

Pros:

Amplo apartamento localizado no coração da recoleta. Via de fácil acesso e próximo à comércio e restaurantes. Apartamento antigo, mas bem conservado; limpeza boa. Destaque para os ótimos aquecedores.

Cons:

1 - por ser um prédio antigo, o elevador é pequeno e nao suporta tanto peso - problema contornável

2 - televisões antigas sem imagem hd
