The pool/hot tub, the bar area, the room was modern and clean. The staff was great.
Beautiful, hotel. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was wonderful. However, housekeeping could not understand English. To get a towel for the pool, you had to use the one from the room, take it to front desk to turn in for a dry clean one to use at the pool.... Then when you were done at the pool, take the used one back to the front desk to exchange for a clean one to take a shower.
We had four people in the room but they refused to give four washcloths. Three was all they said we could have. When i placed the reservation, i stated there would be four people. I went to Walmart and bought washcloths to use.
Housekeeping would not exchange or bring any towels or washcloths. We were there for two days.
When I checked out, they charged another 25.oo on my card but could not tell me why. All I was told was it would be credited. It never was.
Other than that, the stay was good.
I would go back but I will take my own towels and washcloths.

The staff was great. They were very accommodating and gave great suggestions for food. The facilities were clean, well stocked and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and a great temperature. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking stays at this location in the future.

The staff is always very helpful and the housekeepers are very respectful and pleasant.
The patio area, breakfast, and the free coffee bar is the best.
We ALWAYS stay here since it’s quiet and I work remotely. This time the wifi was very bad. I had a lot of dropped calls and had to reset wifi number of times through out the day
