It’s always loud noise and music late at night whenever time to sleep it’s always something going on

Friendly bartender, up-to-date rooms, great breakfast options, clean pool and spa, free cookies in the afternoon.
Smelly rooms, night shift provided below average service, no regulating pool hours during quiet hours making it very noisy and difficult to sleep, elevators out of order making it inconvenient for people who have luggage and/or immobile to go upstairs.

The ambiance
Beautiful courtyard!
Such a quaint and charming hotel! The courtyard, pool, and bar/restaurant were amazing. The room was a little humid and had an "closed up" smell but everything else made up for that. Very clean and updated rooms. The free hot buffet breakfast was the icing on the cupcake.
