Pros:

Location to my office, highway and airport. Good gym facilities

Cons:

Dirty swimming pool, couldnt make myself to get into it. My room was clean but shower and i did texted back to concierge who texted to check on my stay with absolutely zero reaction.. breakfast was basic, wouldnt say it is good but there was a variety..

The staff makes your place successful
Pros:

Excellent staff!
Please tell woman running the breakfast: Great job! Two thumbs up. There was some sports event going on in town and the hotel was packed including breakfast in the morning. This woman never stopped: cleaning, fixing, answering questions and she was very very sweet

It needs to have some money and time spent on checking the rooms for stains, and broken lamps.
Pros:

the staff were all very friendly and nice.

Cons:

There was black mold on the top of the shampoo etc. bottles in the shower, they need to be scrubbed; there were streaks of various sorts of liquid on the wall beside the bathroom sink; there were two black stains on the shower curtain; lack on insultation meant that we heard the person in the next room coughing all night, and heard every door slam when people checked out around 7:00 am. One of the two lightbulbs on the bedside lamp was burned out.

Cons:

front persons are not friendly. breakfast lady started cleaning our table. Location on gps were not direct, we had to go around the back road and still ended up at the front road. Swimming pool was dirty.
