Pros:

Cons:

Nighttime staff could have been more friendly. Ironing board did not have a cover. Pancake machine not working.

besides the door i was completely happy with the stay

Staff was very nice. The room was very clean. and i was happy with the room

The door to the room was slights off when we got there room 212. so when you closed it sometimes it would not latch completely and you could push it open

Why have pool rules if doesn't matter if followed

The breakfast and how close to the city it is.

Cons:

Chad at the front desk he was rude and unhelpful, then told me he asked other guests and they didn't have an issues so wasn't sure why I did. 10 children ages 4 to 15 unsupervised in the pool area when there are 2 huge signs saying under 18 must be supervised by an adult. HUGE safety issue! Told me easier to have me leave and issue a refund then deal with the pool area. Told me he was so busy yet was eating his own breakfast at the front desk. I will be calling to manager tomorrow!

Not recommended. Hard to find location. No privacy. Way too noisy.
Pros:

The gym was the only thing.

Cons:

GPS made this location difficult to find. When I arrived I had to walk past FBI and Police escorting others out of the building. The room was cold and wasn't a "Don't disturb sign" to hang outside the door. While I was lying down two from maintenance entered the room then apologized but didn't leave until they checked a few things. I set the slide lock after they left then cleaning tried to enter the room. 30 minutes later maintenance was banging on the door next room over and I thought it was my room and they apologized again. I checked out before breakfast was served. No longer a shuttle service. ATM didn't work. When I checked out the staff was kinda rude when asked how my stay was.
