The hotel itself was nice. The staff overall were nice.
The 1st night, I slipped out of the tub falling to the ground hurting myself. The tub was super slippery & the shower curtain had extra material in the middle which I didn't see. I was told that that had been re done. I sent an incident report like I was asked. The manager said she would accommodate the 1st night. I haven't heard from anyone. And my back still hurts

The breakfast had a lot of variety. The staff was welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean. Great price compared to nearby hotels. Great location! If I am ever back in the area this is my number 1 choice.

The breakfast and maintenance
Only one elevator was working the entire stay and it took a long time to get down from the 7th floor. Breakfast was just mediocre.

The pool was wonderful, breakfast was amazing and the rooms were beautiful. Staff was awesome as well.
