Good to go if you don’t get noisy people above you
Pros:

Very clean and private, tucked away from the main road

Cons:

Loud people in the room above. Had to ask to have my room switched and they sent a maintenance person to confirm that I was hearing sounds from the people above me.

Great location, easy in/out with trailer.

Cons:

Window was left open in the winter with blinds closed before I checked in and I did not notice the open window until the next morning. Heater could barely keep the room tolerable at night, would have liked to be warmer.
