Convenience to and film the airport.
I checked in very late at night (2:30 am) on April 16th, and the gentleman checking me in was very helpful and had a lovely calm energy. The front desk staff the following afternoon overall were great- and I stay at a lot of hotels for work so that’s saying something. The Crowne Plaza is always clean & a lovely stay. 5 stars from me.
No face cloth in the room, not enough staff at check in
Got a voucher from the airport. Comfortable clean rooms. Great food.
nice lobby. spacious rooms. shuttle service great
Location , atmosphere , staff
Pool was closed for maintenance and no where was anyone informed til we arrived ! Only reason I booked as I have 4 year old granddaughter who cried the whole night we were there because I had promised to take her swimming at hotel when we got there ! So disappointed !!!
Très bruyant
Friendly service rooms were very spacious
Nothing
Very friendly, professional, helpful and courteous Team Members throughout the Hotel right from reception, restaurant and house keeping services.
Complimentary shuttle service between the Airport Terminal and the Hotel running every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour was an added bonus.
Very disappointing stay at Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport.
Stayed 5 days with family. No bellboy or porter service, and the manager was rude when asked for basic assistance—said it’s my job to carry luggage.
The worst part: my Lexus SUV was stolen from the hotel’s paid parking ($30/day). The gate was broken, no security noticed, and the hotel had zero awareness until I reported it. Their only response was “call the police” and that parking is at your own risk.
We were left stranded and had to return home using Uber and public transport.
Poor service, no security, and no accountability. Would not recommend.
Car got stolen hotel paid parking lot- 🅿️
Location
State of the room, lack of service, being over charged and no help to recoup my funds and bad customer service
It was nice a spacious
The rug had a smell, it was bad.
Location
Missed our second breakfast due to early flight
it was all good after a very poor reception by manager on duty
the manager..I booked and paid on booking.com for my daughter who had a 3 day trip from India. She was tired and upset so I booked the Toronto hotel for her from Victoria BC. The manger made her wait over a hour maybe more. We went back and forth with him sending me forms for a copy of my drivers licence and all my credit card info. I was rattled too
otherwise would never have given him that info. Now I am worried it will be ill used and what an idiot I was to provide it. His name was
Zaid Mukadam.
Le lit!
La chambre directement en face des ascenseurs ce qui amenait bcp de bruit
