It was a comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

It’s a beautiful hotel. It’s clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They have a great breakfast buffet and the food at the restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

Nothing really within walking distance. A couple restaurants near by but no coffee shops or convenience stores.

Pros:

L'hôtel est desservi par une navette gratuite avec l'aéroport toutes les 30 minutes.
Un personnel aimable et accueillant, en particulier Tony qui parle français et d'autres langues. Il est très aimable et serviable.
Le petit déjeuner est très varié et abondant (salé et sucré) permettant de faire un bon brunch.
La chambre est propre.

Cons:

L'hôtel comme d'autres sont sur un couloir aérien par conséquent des nuisances. Entre 22h et 6h le traffic est à l'arrêt. Peut-être que des chambres sont plus épargnées ?

Irresponsible staff and management
Cons:

We booked a room through Booking.com and went to the hotel to get our room, but the receptionist said there was no reservation under my name and that I had to contact Booking.com. He was very impatient when answering my questions. I even asked him if he could give us a room without a reservation, but he said they were completely booked.

I couldn’t reach Booking.com, and since it was late at night, I booked another hotel through Expedia.

Then, a few days later, the hotel charged my credit card as a “no-show.” Ridiculous! When I tried to follow up in different ways, they told me I should talk to Booking.com. But it was the hotel that charged me.

They made our night stressful and inconvenient, and on top of that, they charged me for a “no-show” even though we actually went to the hotel and were told there was no reservation under my name.

Pros:

habitaciones amplias, limpias, confortables, con todos los servicios dentro de ella, vehículo propio que te lleva y trae desde y hasta el aeropuerto

Cons:

no pudimos descansar las noches que allí estuvimos, en el piso 2, las habitaciones que dan hacia atrás tienen los motores de la calefacción, pedimos cambio de habitación y nos la negaron, nos decían que era un problema externo a la habitación y que no tenían solución, nos acercaron tampones de oídos igualmente no fue fácil dormir ni descansar. SE PAGO POR DESCANSO Y NO SE OBTUVO SOLUCION, sentimos que nos ROBARON.

The hotel gave me the wrong shuttle gate twice, forcing me to take an Uber they promised but failed
Cons:

The hotel sent a wrong gate number for the shuttle from the airport. I had to give them a call and they gave a different but again a wrong gate number. Had to use Uber. During the registration process i was promised that Uber cost will be compensated but of course no. Sent a message o the hotel here, in Booking no responses. Room are not bad, 5-6 from 10. service is bellow 0.

Pros:

Perto do aeroporto e com transfer gratuito toda a noite

Cons:

Estivemos mais de 30 minutos para fazer o check in no hotel ! Quando finalmente estava a chegar a nossa vez o funcionário gritou para fazerem duas filas (voos cancelados e reservas no booking) e qual não é o nosso espanto que as pessoas que estavam na fila atrás de nós começaram a passar à frente . Questionei em voz alta e fui ignorada .
