Location , staff, breakfast, cleanliness and the shuttle . So much value for money.
It was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and polite . I enjoyed my stay and the free shuttle to the airport was great

Big queue to check in on arrival.
Was told 12pm checkout but twice staff knocked our door 11.15am.
Extra payment took out of bank, more than total amount quoted on booking. This could be booking.com fault.

Room was a good size and very clean, close proximity to Airport
Breakfast was what you would expect from a Budget Hotel with limited options and even paper bowls used for cereal etc. The Hotel struggled to cope with large coach parties meaning that tables were not cleared quickly and large queues forms at peak times.
