Sobre las instalaciones, eran adecuadas, nada muy lujosa

Cons:

El personal no era tan amable, el recepcionista fue desagradable. El restaurante tenía un tiempo de espera de 3 horas app, pero había una tienda de conveniencia a precios muy costosos.

DISHONEST MANAGEMENT & UNSANITARY CONDITIONS – STAY AWAY!
Pros:

I had a nightmare experience with this hotel. I had two separate back-to-back bookings (1+1 night). At check-in, the staff agreed to merge them so I wouldn't have to change rooms. I paid for the entire 2-night stay in full during the first transaction.

The Billing Fraud:
After returning home, I was charged again for the second night! When I emailed them with proof of payment, they shamelessly claimed I was a "No Show" for the night I actually slept in their bed. This is either gross incompetence or a deliberate scam.

The Room & Facilities:
The stay itself was far from pleasant.

Room Lighting: The room was incredibly dark and creepy. There wasn't enough lighting to even feel comfortable or see clearly.

Water Quality: This was the worst part. The water from the refill station smelled horrible. It was so foul and unsanitary that I didn't dare drink it and had to go out to buy bottled water myself.

Conclusion:
Save your money and your health. This hotel has poor management, questionable hygiene, and dishonest billing practices. I will be disputing this charge with my bank.

Pros:

We liked the bed. The matrix was comfortable, and linens were clean

Cons:

The room was too small. There was a leak in the sink. The tub was small. The whole room was very dark and the only window was tiny.

Also there was a horrible smell of smoke in the lobby, and the restaurant.

Pros:

Check in took over a half hour. We had to park our car at the main entrance that was really busy. The park and stay parking lot was confusing and not well marked. We had to go back to the desk twice becasue we didnt believe it was the correct lot. The lot was not secure. The room was noisey as the fan on the heater was loud. We had to turn the heat down so we could eventually fall asleep. When we first checked in we were given a key etc. Abour and hour later we had a group of people knocking on our door who had the same room key. Turned out the reception gave out the room we were already in. We were able to stay in our room. We would not stay here again due to the non secure parking they offer for the park , stay and fly.

Would not recommend
Pros:

Parking is crazy!! Not enough, had to park very very far from the hotel. They didn’t tell us there is a charge to park. $35 for one night. Room was fine. Bathroom was very small. Bed was comfy. Did not realize that there was a small window that opens. Would have been nice to get fresh air in the room. Would not stay here again.
