Cena do jakości.
W dniu zameldowania pobrano mi z karty kaucję w wysokości 100 CAD. Po dwudziestu dniach domagam się zwrotu kaucji I hotel w dalszym ciągu nie zwraca. To NADUŻYCIE I NACIĄGANIE KLIENTA!!!

Very noisy
Location is so so
First I dont like room as soon as I check in room was dirty blood on bed so I got different room. whn I book did not mention for extra parking charge. we are 3 person and allow only 2 adult for breakfast never go again

Room was clean and it was comfortable to stay, staff was very nice and the pool was relaxing.
The AC it’s a bit noisy so if you’re sensitive to noises while sleeping might affect a bit.

- Très bruyant, nous entendions les avions comme si il n'y avait pas de double vitrage
- Nous avons réservé pour 3 personnes, il n'y avait que peu de serviettes à disposition et que pour deux personnes , nous avons du les demander
- les recharges de produits de toilette n'étaient pas remplis. Il n'y avait pas de savon liquide dans notre salle de bain et il nous ont dit ne plus en avoir à part le tout petit savon solide
- La moitié des lumières ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre
- La chambre n'était pas bien nettoyée (tâches sur le meuble)
- Nous pouvons pas ouvrir les fenêtres longtemps car notre chambre donnait sur une vue sur les poubelles à cela s'est ajouté la pluie qui accentuait les odeurs
- La femme de ménage passait toujours avant 9h du matin même le jour de notre check-in ce qui nous réveillait
- Difficultés à trouver une place de parking privé de l'hotel alors qu'on a payé 30 dollars par nuit hors taxes pour se stationner
- Difficulté de communiquer rapidement avec le personnel de l'hotel car il y avait toujours beaucoup de monde à l'accueil
- La piscine intérieure était trop froide pour pouvoir se baigner et dangereuse car le sol était glissant et non nettoyé
Near the airport
The staff is not friendly. The receptionist is not helpful at all. We book for 4 person but our room only has 2 sets of towels. When we ask for extra 2 towels, he only said he’s busy & the housekeeping is only available in the morning. The breakfast provided also good for 2 pax and I have to call the customer service to give me the 2 extra coupons. Very disappointing.
It was close to airport and had shuttle service
The bed was like an air mattress… it was not that clean, didn’t give water at all… they let you buy it downstairs but we bought 2 gatorades and it was $15…. A little ridiculous.
Stationnement parking payant pour que finalement nous garer a des centaines de mètres dans un parking meme pas clôturer.
Pour 34$ je m'attendais a mieux.
Petit déjeuner, beaucoup de monde, beaucoup d'attente et choix très limité.
