I had to wait for 30 minutes at check in for folks with flight cancelations to get registered and get a room. There should be a separate room for folks that have spent the time to book ahead.

Le type de chambre n’était pas disponible a notre arriver donc ils nous ont donné 2 chambre king sans frais additionnel! Le service était très bien !

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas été informer que la piscine n’était pas disponible et j’ai frais qui on passer sur ma carte sans même savoir pourquoi ainsi que je n’ai pas reçu de facture.

Pros:

The proximity to the airport, and the hotel houses Payless car rental. So easy to take a shuttle, rent a car, and get out of Toronto! Then just as easy to return the car, spend the night, and take the shuttle for my early flight home.

Location near airport was a priority. We didn’t have the breakfast as had to leave too early. It would have been nice to grab a muffin or yogurt to go.
