Perfect location and amenities for a staycation in Leicester.
Pros:

Perfect location for our Jethro Tull gig at De Montfort Hall. The staff were efficient and friendly, lift up to room was convenient, room was large, bath was great and breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The mattress on the bed was too springy for myself. Everything else was great.

Friendly staff and an excellent stay
Pros:

Staff where amazing nothing was to much trouble. Would recommend to all our family and friends to use this establishment.

Cons:

Some of the decor on the outside could use some attention.some window frames need replacing
