We have stayed here before and will be staying here again.
Cons:

Booked executive room with twin beds but were initially provided with room with double bed. Had to wait while beds were separated and re-made. This was, however, dealt with promptly. A complimentary cup of tea or coffee during this wait would have been appreciated.

Good hotel but inexperienced staff. WiFi shortfall is appalling!

Pros:

locatie goed. 1 ochtend ontbeten niets bijzonders. Personeel in bar vriendelijk.

Cons:

maat van de bed, meestal boeken wij een twin kamer maar helaas alles bezet. De maat van de bed in vergelijking met Europese bedden zijn klein.

Eines der schlechtesten Hotels, in denen wir jemals übernachtet haben.

Der Blick aufs Meer (dafür gibt es die zwei Punkte).

Cons:

Das gesamte Hotel ist absolut veraltet und muffelig. Im ersten Zimmer hat es von der Decke getropft. Wir haben zwar ein anderes erhalten, uns darin aber auch nicht wohlgefühlt. Das Badezimmer war klein mit einem Mini-Waschbecken und grellen ‚OP-Licht‘. Das Frühstück war das schlechteste unseres gesamten Urlaubs.

Over rated.
Pros:

Lovely staff, nothing too much trouble. Only stayed one night.
In good location for the sea front.we loved the various cosy sitting rooms etc.

Cons:

Hotel was looking shabby and tired. Main carpet in corridors was stained in large areas. Very dated.
Breakfast was fine but nothing specail. Poor selection of fresh fruit. Usual stuff you get in all hotels. Main menu was rather expensive. We didn't eat in. Overall expensive for what it was.We wouldn't stay there again. Too expensive for what it was.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, great view of the sea. Good location and great facilities. Breakfast was good. Nice bar area with several lounges to relax in. Staff very friendly. Parking permit provided to park outside of the hotel. Lovely by the sea and close to a good shopping centre.
