Everything was so perfect, I won’t stay at any other chain hotels!
I’ve stayed at holiday Inn, Marriott,la Quinta,etc…

Cons:

Wish breakfast was served until 10:00 am, it was very good! But wish I could have slept in alittle more

Could have been better without all the noises in the room.
Pros:

The front staff was friendly. Parking was great and facility was clean.

Cons:

The air conditioner was loud, the bathroom light would automatically come on, and the fridge sound was every few minutes. Did not get a decent night of sleep at all for an early am flight the next morning.

Pros:

Don't stay in room 151 the staff has a so called meeting room above in the Crystal room. They partied until 1 am. They will vacuum at 7 am just to make sure you don't get sleep.

Pros:

Not as I expected from a best western. Moquette was dirty, full of dirty at the sides and angles. The smell of mud is overwhelming especially when the conditioning is on. Filters? Better not to think! Back to the 80ies furniture and smell of old closet like my grandma’s home.
Old fashioned bathroom, if you want to take a shower you have to wash your hair no way.
During this heat day 14th march Saturday pool is off because someone says it is the right time to do chlorine analysis. It’s not possible even sunbathe until 18 they said. I prayed to go in only to sunbathe but rules are rules. Then magically a group of Hispanic came at 17 and the gate opened. Rules can change! I would have chosen a nearby hotel. No expectations to be guest again .
