Short Stay
Pros:

Nothing the pool was clothes most of the outlets didn’t work and there wasn’t room for a motorhome and front desk dude was arrogant and rude.

It’s very dirty, has stains on the sheets, dust was caked on the headboard. The pool looked broken and half full. Very limited staff. They seemed overwhelmed. When we asked for extra towels, they said they were short on towels and that they could only bring us one towel. Very run down hotel.

Disgruntled and sore
Pros:

I like that it was in provo so I could stop by my home and grab extra padding for the poor quality bed.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable.

Pros:

It was in a good location for a good price. It was clean.

Cons:

We were told there would be breakfast and there was none. There was a paper in our room even mentioning the breakfast. There was no parking either when we got there at night. I could feel the springs in the mattress on my back.

Over all i would stay again if rooms were cleaned more often
Pros:

I liked the location it was real conventent. The staff was accomidating to my in train service dog. The trail next the hotel was real nice.

Cons:

No room cleaning the 4 days i was there. The hot water for the shower ran out in 4 to 5 minutes. The outside door could be opened without a key.

Everything that I basically came to this location for was either closed like the pool and or put out of order like the ice machine.

Will never stay there again and won't recommend.
Cons:

The place was filthy. I booked for two people but there were only enough towels for one person the first day.
Day two that was fixed
YUK! dirty and gross.
Man was not welcoming and woman gave dirty looks like we were infringing on her somehow. Not friendly.

Absolutely the worst stay I’ve ever had

Cons:

Nothing worked, microwave didn’t work, blow dryer didn’t work, phone didn’t work, ice machine didn’t work, bed looked like sheets hadn’t been changed and unkept. Soap pieces on bottom of tub. Only 1 towel and no toilet paper to replace the very little left on roll

No toilet paper, tissue, wash cloth not enough towels and worse thing bed spread / comforter had blood stain on it . Wasn’t worth my stay or rested .
