Inexpensive but clean
No breakfast, Parking on Street if you have a U Haul or Trailer
There wasn’t much to like. The king size bed was comfortable.
The property was pretty gross. Carpet had huge stains, there was a coffee maker but no coffee, ice machine was broken, the smoke alarm was gutted, there was a place for a blow dryer, but the blow dryer itself, was not there. There was used soap in the shower, and food in the refrigerator. Pretty disgusting.

The sheets were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and one of the housekeepers we saw was solicitous and helpful. The price was great.
The general condition was not great. The ceiling and walls of the bathroom were pretty grungy. Idon't think the bathroom fan did anything but make noise because steam collected and ran down the walls. The tub, toilet and sink looked like they have only been quick cleaned for the last 20 years and were not clean around the edges. The hair dryer didn't work. The outside door lock was broken and didn't need a key card; anyone could be walking in. We didn't feel comfortable putting any of our things on the floor.
Location was next to the river walkway and we spent our time there instead of in the hotel.
It was dirty. The bed was awful and hard. Ice machines didn’t work and the pool and hot tub were closed. Bathroom sink had rust in it and there was only one bath towel in the bathroom.
Location near the trail and nearby amenities were perfect. I went for a long walk on the river trail. The staff was very helpful when I left something in my room and needed to get back in after check out.
There was no toilet paper. There was a missing towel bar. Chipping paint inside the tub. Carpet needs to be replaced in the stairwell. Clean but needs a lot of updating in the interior.

Pool was out of service, ice machine was broken, bathroom light wouldn’t turn on after the first night, no breakfast in the morning.
It was in a good location.
The room was stained, dirty, and gross. There were brown stains on the curtains, the carpet was torn and stained, and the shower was disgusting. The first room they put us in was horrible, with flies coming out of the sink and the toilet constantly running. We asked for another room and although the second room was in better shape it wasn’t much better. Still gross, still in disrepair, just no flies and running toilet. My wife and I were afraid to walk around barefoot on the carpet because of how dirty it was. We booked their nicest room so I’m scared to see what their cheaper rooms look like.
It was in a nice area
Arrived late from a long drive, to find out that there was no elevators to the 2nd floor. The property is old and needs new upgrades on everything from the carpets, furniture, bathroom. Found opened Condom wrap in between the sheets and stains on the bed. Requested to be moved to another room immediately. Unfortunately it was already too late to checked out and find another hotel. Informed staff in am and requested manager to call us, still waiting for the call.

Love everything about this place except for the misrepresentation of the pool.
They still haven't fixed the pool and jaquzzi, but are still advertising it on the website as open.
