1 towel in our room. Took hours and many calls/visits to the front desk to get some towels!

The walking trail out back!

Cons:

The location is under major construction. Hot tub is empty, the pool half filled and green. No breakfast-the area looks like a storage area .

It was a very nice place to stay.
Pros:

Location was great. Many options for eating in the area.

Cons:

They seemed to be upgrading the rooms. There were small things that took away from our overall experience. The added pictures show the remnants in the bathtub of removed slip pads, no toilet paper spindle, and an edge molding falling off.

Disappointing.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Booking.com didn't send them my reservation, so they put us in a different room. The hotel was under construction and it looks like the pool has been closed for at least a year. The shower barely worked and the room was weird. The lamps didnt even have lamp shades, and there was a spare shoe under the bed.

The location was good

Cons:

Where to start ...The hotel is in a pretty run down state .. The rooms & common areas are tired. This can be overlooked at the price point , but the pool was closed , no option for breakfast, I would have loved to have stayed there in it's hey day ...but those days are long gone , the hotel needs a bit of tlc to bring it back up to standard ..The stay was ok but would not stay there again if no remedial / upgrade work had been completed.

The room and experience matched the price.
Pros:

It was a good price for what you got. It had a tv, microwave, and desk area to meet the needs of our family.

Cons:

I was disappointed they didn't have a free continental breakfast. When we booked it did say they would have it, but when I asked what time breakfast serve a staff member told me they had stopped this amenity 9 months ago. That really put a bind on my family in figuring out a breakfast for the morning.
I also wasn't impressed with the cleanliness of the bathtub or appliances falling off the wall in our room.

CRAP. I would rate as a motel in the getto!!
Pros:

I liked the location and that is it!!!! Close to the mall and eating places.

Cons:

There was no pool as advertised, no breakfast and the staff just said it is not our problem we told the third party vendors!! There was construction untill 8 pm. The sheets has stains and so did the carpet!!

Pros:

There is no breakfast as far as I know. Everything is under construction. The rooms had a dank smell to them. The carpet looked dirty. The bathtub was peeling. The faucet leaked. About all I could say is it was quiet and I was able to get some rest after I doused my room with Febreeze.

Cons:

Everything could have been better.

Great to have a bed to sleep in overnight but that is about it.
Pros:

The price. Very clean. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

They are in the transition to a boutique hotel so they are not doing any maintenance. There is no breakfast in the morning. There is no swimming pool. The faucet in our room wiggled. The bed didn't seem to fit the bed frame so I kept hitting my leg on the bed frame when I walked to the bathroom.
