NO ME DEVOLVIERON MI DINERO DEL DEPOSITO (GARANTÍA), me dijeron que me llegaría en 3 dias y eso nunca pasó; además estaba la puerta de ingreso a la habitación super vieja y sonaba estruendosamente y el aire acondicionado enfriaba con dificultad.

The room was dirty. very few tv channels worked. The heater blew the curtains all night.

The shower was not working I told the receptionist but she did not do anything about it noisy neighbors that caused a problem but see
Staff how kind and professional they were when getting my needs met and greeting me. It was very welcoming!!

Nothing good to say about this place.
Got 1 dirty towel, when I asked for another they didn't have any clean towels. Bed had dirt it it. Bathroom had ants everywhere. Refrigerator was falling out of the broken cabinet it was in. You could see the hallway through the gaps around the doorway. Total dive, I will never go there again.
We've stayed at this location many times in the past. Great location.
We were not told in advance that there was major renovation in progress, breakfast area was closed, pool area closed, construction worker in the halls, parking lot obstructed by construction vehicles, equipment, dumpsters. We had planned 2 nights, but left early to stay elsewhere. No refund for 2nd night. In addition to that a $50 security deposit was charged to our card without notice (although it was returned within 1 week).

El hotel estaba en reparación por lo que desayuno como dicen no había y estaba todo dado vuelta, la habitación sucia, las cortinas rotas parecía que un tigre las rasguñó! Lo peor es que reservé dos habitaciones porque fuimos por trabajo, las cancelé y sigo esperando la devolución

facility was not clean. my room was dirty and ill maintained. the bed broke. staff was not attentive.
