Pros:

Location was great. Keyless entry clean and great space with kitchenette and table and chairs. Bed was very comfortable.

Great location and convenient but noisy.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were very quick to respond to text messages. It was good to have a kitchen and the laundry facilities were appreciated.

Cons:

The room was on the ground floor and quite noisy at night. The room was superficially clean but under the bed there was some dirt and food leftover from a previous guest. The shower wasn't great.

Pros:

Nothing - on paper the rooms were solid. The replacement bedroom we were given because our originally booked room was not ready was small, unappealing, and did not match the expectations set by the original booking.

Cons:

The room I booked initially looked very appealing based on the listing, but unfortunately it was not prepared for check-in when we arrived. We found it in an unacceptable condition, with unmade beds, a dirty toilet, and the overall room appearing as though it had not been cleaned after the previous guests. This created a very poor first impression and was disappointing, especially after expecting the room to be ready upon arrival.

To make matters worse, in the morning we found a drunk guest sleeping outside our door who had urinated on himself and throughout the corridor. This was an extremely unpleasant and unacceptable situation, particularly as we were travelling with a 3-year-old child. The experience made us feel both unsafe and disgusted.

Loved our Montréal stay.
Pros:

Location was awesome. Host was great as well. Great restaurants nearby. In the heart of Old Town Montréal.

Cons:

Parking was tricky in this area. Several spots within a few blocks to park. Not a major deal for this area. Just beware you will need to drop your bags and go fi d a place to park.

Pros:

Exceeded expectations in all categories! Perfect place to begin our experience—only wish we’d stayed longer! Comfortable, clean, fully-equipped space and centrally located. Great service and nice details (free croissants) made us feel extra welcome!
