Pros:

Es war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.

Cons:

Leider hatte das Zimmer einige Mängel, was grundsätzlich kein Problem ist. Einzig die defekte Dusche hatte mich schon etwas genervt. Brause konnte nicht an der Stange befestigt werden, kippte sofort runter. Weiter war die Dichtung unten am Glas defekt, so dass das Wasser auslief. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal könnte etwas interresierter sein.

Pros:

Aufzug, Hund durfte mit zum Frühstück

Cons:

25 Euro für eine Nacht für den Hund ist eindeutig zu teuer. Die Betten rutschten auseinander, sollten zusammengeschraubt sein. Im Waschbecken waren Fusseln.

It is clean and well located

Cons:

Maybe we had a run of bad luck, but there was no remote control for the TV, the key cards kept locking us out and the reception could not be reached by phone so we had to go down all the time. There were no lights in the hallway of the room so you had to use your phone to find things in the wardrobe.

Good value for a convenient location.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, only hot options were scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and meatballs but there was cheese and cold cuts too. Room was a bit dated but fine. The road outside was quieter than I had expected, which was good, and downtown Frankfurt was within walking distance.

Cons:

Some lights could only be turned on and off at the main switch by the door?

Комфортный номер, идеальные постели и полотенца. Приятные сотрудники рецепции. Возможность в лобби сделать чай, кофе и купить напитки.Расположение возле Palmen garten и пешая прогулка к Опере через очень красивые улочки

Персонал в ресторане
Разговаривают грубо, громко и с нецензурной лексикой
И это было на протяжении всех дней пребывания!!!!!
