Clean, looked spectacular
The pool was closed, was hoping to use spa facilities, despite incurring an additional cost. Told at check in the pool was closed.
Furthermore we stayed on the second floor and by the end of the night, the lift was broken. Fortunately I am able bodied but at morning time I witnessed a wheelchair user being carried down the stairs! I felt embarrassed for the lady and wondered how she may have coped if there was a need to evacuate in an emergency!

Did not eat in hotel so cannot comment on food.
Room was modern, nice comfortable sleep, heavy curtains making the room nice and dark. Functional bathroom although shower over bath so may not be appropriate for someone with mobility issues.
Ice machine and milk fridge on each floor was an added bonus.
Was not impressed with the fact that you have to pay to use the swimming pool!!
Was told it was because it can get busy so the allocate time slots which is a great idea. Still not sure why they charge £10pp enemy you have already paid for a room!!

Room and interiors were well maintained and stylish. Outside space was inviting and interesting.

Great facilities
Room I had could have done with a refresh and was very hot. It did not have air conditioning
Staff were brilliant - however - when trying to get a drink at the bar - no one there had to wait around 5 mins each occasion
i also did telephone the spa to arrange a massage and no one got back to me
the beds were not the most comfortable
i was in room 1 - and the wifi was terrible and i was there for work - also the bed dipped in the middle - however when explained this i was moved on the 2nd night to room 2 - which was better - enabling me to work in the room
Location was brilliant and the food at the restaurant was also very good and where i invited my sister for a meal - thank you
