I would use the hotel again, just for the warmth and friendliness of the staff. They were way, way better than one comes
Pros:

The chef(s)
All hotel staff, without exception.
Room cleanliness.
The hotel itself was fabulous…..the spa facilities less so…..,

Cons:

Having to go outside to access the spa.
Having to book a specific slot to use the pool.
Being limited to 90 minutes for £10
For all these reasons we decided not to use it at all.
It seemed as if the spa was a separate business?????

Perfect location and very comfortable.
Pros:

Very comfortable room and good breakfast.

Cons:

Disappointed that there is now a charge for using the pool but understand why. Maybe one payment for all the days you use it.

Weekend break
Pros:

The room was clean with walk in shower.
Evening dinner enjoyable.

Cons:

The air con not working correctly, reported given a heater but air con banging kept awake by this.
Waitress on Fri night needs to speak slower and clearly.
Guests shouting 2am Saturday morning then again 3.30am Sunday morning. All reported.

Had to PAY £10.00 EACH for swimming. Unexpected extra especially when paid £474.00 no mention of this when booked.

On departure they tried to charge for additional drinks which we did not owe them, everything paid as we went along.

Pros:

The tea and the juice.

Cons:

More options for yoghurt, fruit, and porridge would have been appreciated. I’m not very keen on fried foods like bacon and sausages, and there was also a bit too much white bread. I would have liked to see more variety.
