Breakfast disappointing for a hotel of the standard. Also tea/ coffee machine. Needs a sign what to press for hot water. Saves staff having to explain it to so many people.
Amazing staff, well kept facilities
OK, staff could have been more pro active
Didn't like the club house room. Too near the road for noise , noisy air con unit which I had to switch off during the night, took more than 5 mins to run hot water through the basin tap, didn't like having to walk outside to get breakfast.
Absolutely loved our stay here. Five star the smell was so nice in reception
Parking available
Everything. Wine was off, provided in a dirty glass. Double bed was two beds placed together, even the duvet was two singles zipped together. Exec room is standard travel lodge and doesn’t even have a sofa. We checked out within two hours, £159 wasted. Can’t comment on the spa as I didn’t use that. Restaurant lunch was ok.

Overpriced considering you have to pay for facilities like swimming pool as well as timed so paying £95 for room old and worn out for just a room where you can pay half for a modern room in places like premier inn or similar outfit
Food and service were really good
Performance of EV chargers was patchy. Had to try several times and switch chargers to get one working only for it to go off before fully charging the car. Needed multiple attempts to restart.
Reception staff where great, i had to change rooms due to two different bookings, they did this for me whilst I enjoyed time with my family. Very friendly indeed. We ate at the restaurant one night, our order was late and wrong, however yhe restaurant manager appoligised gave us 10% off our bill and also didnt charge us for one of our meals.
All was great. Breakfast is at an extra cost
