Small rooms with poor upkeep and outdated facilities
Pros:

The hotel staff was attentive and responsive. They promptly changed our room when we faced an inconvenience, and also allowd us to check in a little late, which we truly appreciated.

Cons:

The small double rooms we booked were much smaller than expected and certainly not close to the 18 sq. m. size mentioned. In two of our three rooms, the ACs were in poor condition and not functioning, which forced us to request room changes. The rooms also did not have basic toiletries, and we had to ask for them separately.

Power cuts were frequent, and since the hotel uses a manual generator, we experienced repeated blackouts. The breakfast buffet was below expectations, with limited cutlery available. The restaurant appeared understaffed, leading to delays in service during both lunch and dinner.

A very good hotel, slightly outer area
Pros:

It was a very good hotel and around 3kms from hotel however the area is slightly away from Corbyn's Cove but near to cellular jail. The stay at hotel was comfortable and I even got an upgraded room. The room had extremely clean toilet so much so that I felt it was a brand new commode. The bed was very comfortable and was of any good 4 star hotel. The internet in whole of Andaman is very slow and so was in this hotel and that's nothing to do with the hotel rather the infrastructure in the islands.
