Kann man immer weiter empfehlen
Pros:

Frühstück sehr umfangreich, frisch und in getem Ambiente !
Lage des Hauses war ja von mir gewünscht in Bahnhofsnähe. Etwas laute Umgebung.
Da wir dann doch mit PKW anreisten, war der Parkplatz des Hotels sehr vorteilhaft!

Hamburg - immer wieder im Hotel St. Raphael
Pros:

Nähe am Hauptbahnhof und ÖPNV. Absolut geniales Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.

The hotel was good.

Cons:

The streets around didn't feel safe. I wouldn't recommend this to a female solo traveller. We saw drugs been used each time we walked to and from. The police is around which I thought was strange. A real shame because at the same time, it's a lively, multicultural area. Another 5 minutes away there's the opposite, with expensive shopping, historical buildings, etc. The hotel isn't of course responsible for any of this. Nonetheless we had a very enjoyable 3 night stay.

Ok hotel in a sketch area
Pros:

This hotel is a little dated but it’s clean and tidy.
The rooms are small but fine.
Close to the station and ZOB.
Good breakfast.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

It’s close to the people who hang around the HBF and ZOB.
Well sketchy area.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable room, good shower

shame queen was 2 beds pushed together, bit noisy from trains but luckily had ear plugs

Würde ich wieder buchen und kann es gerne weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, kleine nette Bar.Super Frühstück und ausreichendes Angebot,genügend Platz. Zimmer und Hotel sehr gepflegt.

Cons:

Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, die Bahn läuft direkt unter dem Hotel. Diese ist etwas zu hören, was aber nach dem ersten Tag schon wieder als normal zu empfinden war.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges und Sauberes Hotel mit nettem Person und einem Mancko an Parplätzen und Sitzplätze in der Hotelbar

Sehr nettes Personal, 24 Stunden Rezeption
Sehr gut ausgestattet Zimmer

Cons:

Zu wenig Parkplätze und wenn man einen hat, keine Garantie für die nächste Nacht auch wenn man 3 Nächte gebucht hat. Zu kleine Bar mit zu wenig Sitzplätzen für die Größe des Hotels.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und die Gesamt Einrichtung des Hotels von Lobby über Flur bis ins Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer und besonders das Bad waren sehr sauber. Relativ gute Verbindungen von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und die Nähe zum HBF (10 Gehminuten). Die Gebühr für den geschützten Parkplatz ist OK.

Cons:

Die Lage vom Hotel gegenüber den Problemzonen Hamburgs (wofür das Hotel nichts kann) . Leider waren die Kissen nicht sehr bequem und es konnte kein Ersatz gegeben werden. Der Kühlschrank hat nur mässig kühl gehalten.
