Pros:

The breakfast. Lovely selection of food and drink. Friendly helpful staff

Cons:

The location near Hamburg station was good for using public transport but lots of drug takers etc hanging around the area.
The black out curtains in room 403 could have been more generous. The room became quite light early in the morning.They were better in the other rooms we stayed in 444 and 402.
Likewise the duvets in 403 were heavier than in the other two rooms.

Nice hotel, great breakfast
Pros:

Rooms are rather small but have a nice atmosphere. Well-equipped with safe and fridge. Modern bathrooms, good beds. Breakfast is excellent. Value for money is not so great, but this is Hamburg.

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Super Lage, Personal kompetent und freundlich . Hervorzuhebend das Reinigungspersonal, selten so ein sauberes Zimmer bekommen. Die Parkmöglichkeit auf dem verschlossenen Innenhof sollte man aber UNBEDINGT nutzen. Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar.Grosses Dankeschön für die schönen Tage👍

Außergewöhnlich aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter - 5 Sterne Niveau
Pros:

Großes Lob an ihren jüngeren Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Er war sowas von hilfreich, schleppte meinen Koffer die Stufen runter, hilf mir Blitzschnell, als ich nochmal nach dem Aus-Checken ins Zimmer musste, da Handy Kabel vergessen. Er beaufsichtigte meinen Koffer, half mir schnell aufs Zimmer(musste Zug erreichen). Bitte uebermitteln Sie Ihrem Mitarbeiter ein großes Lob, er hat mich beruhigt und vor allem schnell gehandelt. Klasse! Ich komme natürlich wieder und werde das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Es war auch alles sehr sauber, es war ruhig und auch das Bett sehr bequem. Danke 🙏

Pros:

Das männliche Personal besonders auch an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend. Es war überall sehr sauber und auch sonst war alles okay. Das wir vor der Zeit einchecken konnten fanden wir sehr positiv.

Pros:

Buenas instalaciones, todo correcto, y buena atención del personal del personal. A 10 minutos andando de la estación

Cons:

Algunas de las calles cercanas con presencia de indigentes y personas de mal aspecto, por la calle del terminal de bus hay menos de estas personas. Sin embargo no tuve ningún inconveniente, no te molestan
