Pros:

Alles zur Zufriedenheit , sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker aber die Portionen fallen etwas kleiner aus. Frühstück im Hotel war auch lecker. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr gute Lage, ganz in der Nähe von der ZAG Arena. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

POOL FREUNDLICHKEIT UNTERSTÜTZUNG Essen war sehr gut!

Cons:

Leider im Nebengebäude untergekommen. Beim Frühstück etwas zu dunkel. Helle Tische und mehr hellere Farben würden WIR uns wünschen. Es war ein wenig zu warm im Zimmer.

Sehr schönes Hotel, kommen gerne wieder !
Pros:

Das Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage top - gleich neben ZAG Arena, ideal für Konzert Besuche.
Frühstück: sehr gute Auswahl , Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer mit getrennten Badezimmer und WC, sehr gut auf Konzertbesucher im Restaurant eingestellt.

Cons:

Schade das es kein Kaffee bei Anreise gab, da die Bar noch nicht geöffnet war.

Zentrale Lage zur Autobahn und zur ZAG Arena

Cons:

Parkplatzsituation, völlig desorientiertes Personal in der Bar. 4 Servicekräfte und kein Service an der Bar. Gäste mussten sich in einer Reihe anstellen um die Bestellung aufzugeben. Getränke mussten von den Gästen selbst transportiert werden.Man hatte das Gefühl das Personal
