Die Zimmeraustattung, die Raucherlongue. Die Lage direkt neben der ZAG Arena (Grönemeyer Konzert.

Cons:

Die Gastronomie. Das Personal im Restaurant war zeitlich überfordert. Allerdings sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück fehlte oft der Nachschub an Notwendigen Lebensmitteln. Auch war an Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft beim Personal nichts auszusetzen

Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt!
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit war perfekt.
Für uns war die Lage genial, da wir in die ZAG Arena wollten.
Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, hört man absolut nichts von außen. Durch die Lage (nahe der Autobahn und Tankstelle) war es bei geöffneten Fenstern laut. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Selten hatte ich so ein gutes Rührei und sooooo krossen Bacon gehabt. Auch hier war das Personal durchweg freundlich, flink und aufmerksam!
Auch wenn man dem Reinigungspersonal begegnete, wurde man sehr freundlich begrüßt!!

Cons:

Der Orangensaft zum Frühstück war leider enttäuschend. Der Kaffee war zwar heiß, aber geschmacklich nicht besonders, dass kann aber mein Empfinden sein.

Cons:

Für das Frühstück standen zu wenig Sitzplätze zur Verfügung. Das Personal hat wohl aus diesem Grund ein Ehepaar an unseren Frühstückstisch platziert, für uns äußerst unangenehm. Ausgerechnet beim Essen hätten wir gern unsere Privatsphäre gewahrt. Sehr schade, der Gesamteindruck war sonst sehr gut.

Das Wasser im Pool war sehr kühl.
Das Essen im Restaurant sah gut aus, leider gab es auf der Karte kein Kinder Menü, daher haben wir auswärts zu Abend gegessen
