Sehr gutes Hotel.... hat alles gepasst... kommen immer wieder!!!!

LAGE: hervorragend.... direkt an der ZAG-Arena
Frühstück: gute Auswahl, sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter
Zimmer: hatten Deluxe gebucht, alles SEHR zufriedenstellend
Hotel: Interieur sehr geschmackvoll, die Taluga-Bar hatte gute Drinks... auch die Aussenanlage des Hotel war wunderschön (Spazierweg)

Es gabs nicht gravierendes.... alles super... keine Beschwerden

Pros:

Wir waren zum Apache Konzert da. Leider war der Übernachtungspreis dadurch sehr hoch.
Das Hotel ist aber super und auch das Frühstück lässt leine Wünsche offen.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ca 30 Min mit dem ÖPNV vom HBF entfernt und in direkter Nähe (2 Min Fußweg) von der ZAG-Arena. Für Events in dieser Ecke also perfekt geeignet - was auch der Grund ist, wieso ich mich für dieses Hotel entschieden habe. Das Frühstück ist ein Büffett mit vielen verschiedenen Komponenten, sodass jeder etwas findet. Auf Wunsch werden einem auch frische Pancakes zubereitet.

Cons:

Die Preise der Minibar sind sehr teuer. Da ist es günstiger zur Tankstelle gegenüber zu gehen und sich notfalls dort nen kleinen Snack zu holen. Als Beispiel: Ein Snickersriegel kostet über 2€. Dies war jetzt schon mein zweiter Aufenthalt in dem Hotel, weshalb ich das wusste. Bei meinem ersten Aufenthalt bin ich leicht unterzuckert angekommen und wollte nur schnell was essen und trinken, weshalb ich mir nen Apfelsaft und nen Snickers aus der Minibar genommen hatte. Den Zettel mit den Preisen habe ich leider erst hinterher gesehen.
Das ich den Zettel nicht gesehen habe, kann und möchte ich dem Hotel natürlich nicht negativ auslegen (es ist meine eigene Schuld), ich finde aber die Preise trotzdem übertrieben.

Cons:

Die Gastronomie. Das Personal im Restaurant war zeitlich überfordert. Allerdings sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück fehlte oft der Nachschub an Notwendigen Lebensmitteln. Auch war an Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft beim Personal nichts auszusetzen
