Pros:

The room was cleaned every day,. The room was big and had space to study, storage the things, It was 15 min walk to city center and the workers are nice. The bed was so comfortable. We didnt have breakfast because we find it expensive. Other than that, everything was great. Definitely recommend.

Cons:

The taste of the water in the lobby was a bit weird. There was no flip flop in the hotel room. They had shower gel + hair cream+ shampoo+ hand soap in the same bootle. That wasnt good. Also the lightning was not enough.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i parking w garażu.
Personel super😀.

Cons:

Klimatyzacja niestety nie działała sprawnie a upał był bardzo duży.

Ich bin unzufrieden.
Cons:

Hotel mit Aircondition gebucht, war jedoch defekt, Hotelzimmer unzumutbar heiß. Der Preisnachlass hat die verschiedenen Mängel nicht ausgeglichen.

Hervorragender Service und sehr freundliches Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Trotz eines Problems mit der Klimaanlage hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel hat auf die Situation sehr kundenorientiert reagiert und uns mit mehreren Aufmerksamkeiten entgegengekommen. Wir haben uns jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte während unseres Aufenthalts leider nicht.

Kann ich leider nichts zu sagen, wir sind erst gar nicht angereist.

Cons:

Morgens um 9.00h bekamen wir eine Nachricht das wohl am Parkhaus gearbeitet wird und deswegen nur eingeschränkte Parken möglich wäre. Okay, es wurde andere Parkplätze vorgeschlagen.Da für 2 Sterne. Dann habe ich mal nach den Bewertungen geschaut, da stand das die Klimaanlage im Haus ausgefallen wäre.Was passieren kann. Aber!!! Das war schon seit letzter Woche bekannt .Jetzt frage ich mich warum wird man darüber nicht informiert? Also habe ich da abgerufen und die Dame meinte es gibt einen Ventilator. Ok es sind zwar am 29.06 keine 40 Grad mehr aber trotzdem ,das hätte man den Gästen auch mitteilen müssen und zwar vorher schon und nicht erst wenn man nachfragt. Die Dame meinte ja dann müssen sie halt stornieren. Prima Idee, dann um 10 Uhr ein neues Hotel zu finden. Sie meinte es gibt ja genügen Hotels. Wir brauchten aber zwei Zimmer. Stimmt es gab welche schlappe 250Euro mehr. Na toll.
Letztendlich hatte wir dann trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub in einem klasse Hotel gehabt.
Deswegen wenn überhaupt 3 Sterne wo bei man ja eigentlich gar keine geben kann. Das wollte ich aber nicht

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal und tolles Frühstück. Zimmer sehr schön und geräumig. Kommen gerne wieder!

Een wat gedateerd hotelmet een goede ligging om Heidelberg te verkennen.

Cons:

Toen we arriveerden, meldde men dat de airco niet werkte. We konden wel annuleren maar hadden niet onmiddellijk een alternatief. We kregen wel een ventilator mee maar toch was het tijdens de hittegolf ontzettend warm. Wanneer we zagen in eerdere review dat de airco al uitgevallen was, dient dit toch te worden aangepakt. Over het algemeen kan het hotel wel eens een opfrissing krijg (douchestang was kapot). Positief en vriendelijk was wel dat we omwille van de grote warmte niet dienden te betalen voor de parkeergarage.

I booked my stay here and then extended it for an extra week and was pleasantly surprised!
Pros:

The central location, access to many different activities in nearby. But the most outstanding feature about this hotel was its staff! Their hospitality, kindness and overall professionalism is uncanny! They made my stay here in heidelberg unforgetable

There is not much i can think of!

No AC during heat wave
Pros:

Location. That's it.

Cons:

Everything. No AC during a heat wave in Europe. Breakfast was not good. Staff were doing their best but they were left with not many tools in their toolbox to help clients. Offering a "free" cancellation and rebook with another hotel on the day = 3x the price to get AC.

At vi ble så kort

Cons:

Alt. Men verst av alt: de valgte ikke å ha aircondition. Til tross for at det sto at de hadde det. Den kyniske vertinnen lot som hun brydde seg ved å avbestille gratis. Hun ga fullstendig f. Ett råd; finn et annet sted å bo.
