Alles in allem super.
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war einfach super und zuvorkommend. Es wurde immer wenn möglich auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit durch einen Topper die Matratze der Betten härter zu bekommen da diese leider viel zu weich waren.

Sehr schönes Hotel - gerade mit Familie!
Pros:

Ich durfte mit meiner kleinen Familie (Kind 2,5 Jahre) Mitte März zu Gast in diesem wunderbaren Hotel sein. Wir waren vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung vom Service und der Gastfreundlichkeit absolut begeistert.
Das Hotel zeichnet sich vor allem durch die tollen Spielzimmer für Kindern, die separaten Spa Bereiche (einen für Kinder mit kleiner Rutsche, Wassertiefe 20 cm, einem etwas größerem Pool und einem Adults only Bereich) aus. Zudem kam die 3/4 Pension mit Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen, wovon wir absolut begeistert waren. Zudem bietet dieses Hotel einen sehr schönen eigenen Spielplatz und sogar eine kleine Minigolfanlage aus. Hervorzuheben ist der sehr nette und zuvorkommende Service der Mitarbeiter, welche uns Ausflugstipps gegeben haben und uns sogar mit dem hoteleigenen Shuttle innerhalb Garmisch gefahren hätten. Viele Dank ans Hotel und das Personal für diesen schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Also ich muss sagen ich war mit meiner Freundin dort und wir haben uns wie Könige gefühlt. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Die Lage, das Essen, das nette Personal - immer zuvorkommend und lächelnd. Ich finde es auch super, dass das Personal international ist. Und man spürt diese Harmonie zwischen allen und das sich alle super gut verstehen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und wir werden aufjedenfall nochmal dort Urlaub machen, sehr bald! Dankeschön für alles :) Hasta Pronto ^^

Für einen Kurztrip in Ordnung

Cons:

Im Restaurant konnte nur Englisch gesprochen werden!
Wir hatten zwei sehr gute Flaschen Weine zum Abendessen, ich musste immer selbst aufstehen um zur Flasche zu kommen und uns nachzuschenken!

Kein zimmerservice an unseren 2 Tagen hier gewesen obwohl ich darum gebeten hatte denn der kleine hat etwas ausgeschüttet und darin mussten wir dann schlafen…ebenso keine frischen Handtücher bekommen… das ist für den Preis von 900 Euro für 2 Tage schon sehr schade!

Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Servicepersonal leider fast nur englisch sprachig, das war etwas schade.
Der Wellnessbereich ( ab 18 Jahre) super schön.
Das Essen sehr lecker und hochwertig, die Auswahl am Buffett riesig, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Umgebung sehr zentral wir konnten vieles zu Fuß erreichen.

Cons:

Kleiner Minuspunkt:
im Badezimmer zu wenig Abstellfläche für Kosmetika oder auch für Klamotten.

Pros:

Es war alles perfekt. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich. Hat jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Shuttle-Service war perfekt. Essen hervorragend. Obwohl das Gebäude sehr verwinkelt ist, findet man sich gut zurecht und es gibt genügend Fahrstühle.Wir kommen wieder.

Dazu fällt uns nichts ein.

An Unforgettable Stay from Check-in to Check-out

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel from the moment I checked in until the day I left. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive, making the entire stay feel seamless and welcoming.

I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and the team went above and beyond to make me feel special. Their thoughtful gestures and attention to detail really made the celebration unforgettable.

The spa and wellness facilities are fantastic - clean, relaxing, and perfectly maintained. It was the ideal place to unwind and treat myself. On top of that, their customer service is exceptional and has definitely set a new personal benchmark for what great service should be.

The location is also very convenient, with a bus stop nearby and a Norma supermarket just a minute away. Everything you need is within easy reach.

This hotel is perfect for celebrating special occasions, and I highly recommend it. I will definitely be coming back!
