I really loved my stay the hotel was very calm and quiet.

I really appreciated the staff’s attitude, especially Sophia, who was very kind, helpful, and attentive. She was always willing to assist with everything, and I really appreciated her approach and the excellent service she provided.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was the bed, as it wasn’t very comfortable, and the pillows caused me some neck pain.

Also, on one of the nights, the air conditioner was making a lot of noise, which made it difficult for me to sleep. However, I informed the front desk the next morning, and they fixed the issue right away.

Entspannter Urlaub in einem sehr angenehmen Hotel
Pros:

Die sehr nette Art des Personals hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Zu Mittag gab es auch sehr leckere Kleinigkeiten. Das Abendessen war etwas besonderes! Die gehobenen Ausstattung des Hotels zusammen mit der Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals hat uns sehr gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dazu kam noch die tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Obwohl das Hotel gut belegt war, und auch viele Kinder da waren, war die Stimmung sehr entspannt und ruhig. Wir werden uns freuen, im Frühling das Hotel wieder zu buchen.

Unstrukturierte Anlage, sehr enge Räumlichkeiten, unterirdische Labyrinth, unhöfliches Personal in SPA. Kein einheitlicher Stil, überladet. Das Essen ist mittelmässiges Hausmannskost.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die tolle Lage, der hohe Komfort und die wunderschöne Atmosphäre des Hauses. Das Frühstücksbuffet und insbesondere das abwechslungsreiche Abend-Gängemenü waren hervorragend. Auch der Spa-Bereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen – ebenso wie die Minigolfanlage, die das Angebot schön abgerundet hat. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders praktisch fanden wir auch das Angebot des Shuttle-Services. Insgesamt ein wirklich tolles Hotel, in dem wir jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen würden!

Cons:

Hier gibt es eigentlich nur Kleinigkeiten: Im Badezimmer hätten wir uns etwas mehr Ablagefläche gewünscht, da dafür eigentlich ausreichend Platz vorhanden wäre. Zudem spricht ein großer Teil des Personals kein Deutsch, was für Gäste, die nicht Englisch sprechen, möglicherweise etwas schwierig sein könnte. Auf dem Zimmer gab es eine Nespresso-Maschine, die wir gerne genutzt haben. Dazu hätten wir uns lediglich etwas Milch gewünscht. Allerdings gab es dazu weder Milch noch Milchpulver. Wir haben unseren Kaffee daher schwarz getrunken. Das sind aber wirklich nur kleine Punkte, die unseren insgesamt sehr schönen Aufenthalt kaum beeinträchtigt haben.
