Perfekt
Pros:

Es war alles perfekt. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich. Hat jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Shuttle-Service war perfekt. Essen hervorragend. Obwohl das Gebäude sehr verwinkelt ist, findet man sich gut zurecht und es gibt genügend Fahrstühle.Wir kommen wieder.

Dazu fällt uns nichts ein.

An Unforgettable Stay from Check-in to Check-out
Pros:

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel from the moment I checked in until the day I left. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive, making the entire stay feel seamless and welcoming.

I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and the team went above and beyond to make me feel special. Their thoughtful gestures and attention to detail really made the celebration unforgettable.

The spa and wellness facilities are fantastic - clean, relaxing, and perfectly maintained. It was the ideal place to unwind and treat myself. On top of that, their customer service is exceptional and has definitely set a new personal benchmark for what great service should be.

The location is also very convenient, with a bus stop nearby and a Norma supermarket just a minute away. Everything you need is within easy reach.

This hotel is perfect for celebrating special occasions, and I highly recommend it. I will definitely be coming back!

Otel yemekleri mükemmeldi, hizmet eden garsonlar çok çok ilgiliydiler. Servis şöförü samimi ve yardımsever biriydi.

Cons:

Açık havuzu ısıtmalı mıydı hatırlamıyorum ama onunda keyfini çıkarmak isterdim.

Auch der diesjährige Jan.-Urlaub hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir von der Obermühle nicht lassen
Pros:

Für ein ausgiebiges Frühstück kann man in gemütlichen Sitzecken aus einem opulenten Buffett in allen Varianten - von warmen, frisch angerichteten Speisen bis zum Sekt im Eiskühler - nach individuell Gusto schlemmen.
Auf das sehr, sehr leckere Abendessen freut man sich schon tagsüber, wenn man die tgl wechselnde Menü-Vorschläge morgens liest. Das aufmerksame Personal agiert sympathisch zuvorkommend. Die Hotellage ist für ideal für schöne Spaziergänge - sei es nach Garmisch oder auf den naheliegenden Bergzug; für entferntere Ziele gibts es den tollen Hotel-Shuttle-Service sowie eine nahe Buslinie. Die schöne Pool- und Saunalandschaft im 1. OG mag man ausnehmend gerne nutzen.

Cons:

Kein Zugang für ein 10-jähriges Kind zum Aussen-Infinity Pool. Tlw. enge Platzverhältnisse am Buffet und in der Bar.

Отель очень приятный. Хороший спа, но многолюдно.

Cons:

При заезде в отель поведение персонала на ресепшине омрачило все дальнейшее пребывание в отеле. Когда мы с семьей с 3 х летним ребенком, после долгой дороги, уставшие,вечером в день заезда приехали в отель, нас отказались заселить в оплаченный номер под предлогом того , что в бронировании пребывание ребенка не оплачено, хотя в нашем бронировании на Букинге,четко было написано: проживание ребенка включено в стоимость. Таким образом нам пришлось оплатить еще 120€, выглядело это как вымагательство, для отеля такого уровня стыд и позор.

Adorei o hotel! Lugar bonito e amplo, cheio de janelas com vista para os jardins, que estavam nevados. Quarto grande, decoração bonita, muito limpo e silencioso. Café da manhã muito variado e gostoso, realmente excelente. Jantar a la carte com buffet de queijos e menu de 4 pratos, muito bom. O SPA também é ótimo, várias saunas e piscinas aquecidas. Equipe bem mais solicita que a média na Alemanha. Recomendo e voltaria!

Séjour parfait !
Personnel agréable et professionnel.
2 espaces spa complets, très propres, de qualité. Pensez à descendre à l'étage du garage pour trouver le second espace spa (textile exclusivement). L'espace textilfrei avait notre préférence.
La demi-pension est en réalité une pension 3/4 avec un buffet plus que complet le midi. Bravo au pâtissier, les gâteaux étaient équilibrés et délicieux.
Les repas sont copieux et les produits utilisés de qualité. Le service est très efficace.
Garage 15e/jour mais possibilité de se garer dans la rue gratuitement.
Merci pour ce séjour, nous reviendrons !
