Pros:

Fachliche Gestaltung und Lage

Cons:

Ich habe die Vermutung, dass die Zimmer sehr unterschiedlich schön sind von der Lage her. Meins war zu Innenhof und sehr dunkel. Die „Aussicht“ war auf ein Flachdach. Kein Problem für mich, da ich an diesem Tag nur Wert legte darauf ein bequemes Bett, was ich auch hatte.
Für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt unbedingt darauf achten, dass das Zimmer Richtung Wasser ist

Nice hotel with great views
Pros:

Room was nice with a great view of the lake. The shower is fantastic - great water flow. Good coffee in house.

Cons:

The basin is outside and there is no a/c, so when the sun hits during the day it warms up the room a lot. Takes a while to cool down, so you have to leave the balcony wide open. If you're visiting in spring time like us, it could mean big shifts in room temperature over the span of the day/night

Pros:

Emplacement parfait, accueil très agréable, chambre confortable et grande. Petit déjeuner en terrasse au calme, centre ville à deux minutes à pieds. Accueil des chiens en chambre et au petit déjeuner parking public en sous sol juste à côté avec un forfait de 20 frs pour 24h.

Ce fut exceptionnel.
Pros:

Chambre très lumineuse, très isolée au bruit de l’extérieur, facile d’accès et endroit calme. Équipée de tout ce qu’il faut.

Loved almost everything!! See the one downside above. Would absolutely stay here again if I’m in Switzerland!
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, helpful & friendly staff. Ease of getting around town from location.

Cons:

The one and only thing we did not like was the hand washing sink outside of the toilet room and next to the bed, especially in the middle of the night for anyone using the toilet.

Super Hotel - beim nächsten Besuch von Thun gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist mit knappen 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt hervorragend. Äusserst zuvorkommender Empfang, sehr schönes Zimmer mit allen erwünschten Annehmlichkeiten.

Cons:

Zwischen Bett und Lavabo etwas zu geringer Abstand. Fussmatte verrutscht andauernd: Eine solche mit Antirutschunterlage wäre wohl wünschenswert - aber das ist ein geringfügiges Detail.
