Thun ist auf jeden Fall eine Resie wert, nicht nur aufgrund der Thuner Seespiele
Pros:

Tolle Lage in der Nähe der malerischen Altstadt, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, modernes Design
Gutes Handling unserer Rückmeldung. Als Kompensation einen Gutschein erhalten.

Cons:

Aufgrund der Hitze war es im Zimmer sehr warm, das Klimagerät ist zu schwach.
Auch zwei zur Verfügung gestellte Ventilatoren halfen nicht.
Das Fenster zu öffnen war aufgrund des Lärms der vorbeifliessenden Aare leider auch keine Option.
Somit sind wohl Ohrenstöpel und geöffnete Fenster für ein wenig Durchzug die beste Wahl in einem heissen Sommer.

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful location — highly recommended.
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location by the river and close to the town centre. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The parking facility was also very convenient

Cons:

Nothing significant. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Pest oder Cholera - im Sommer ohne AC zu heiß!
Pros:

Wir waren 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel bei warmen Außentemperaturen. Bei dieser preislich 345 Franken die Nacht für Deluxe Zimmer haben wir erwartet das das Hotel klimatisiert ist . Das ist leider nicht der Fall , sondern es gibt nur eine umluftkühlung die bei uns im Zimmer auf eine Raumtemperatur von 26 27 grad „heruntergekühlt hat. Das war einfach zu heiss und offene fenster brachten keine kühle luft herein da die Wind ab gewandte Seite Zimmer 119
Dafür aber lautstarkes Donnern der vorbeofliessenden Aare ! Also entweder heiß und ruhiger da Fenster geschlossen oder heiß und tosender Lärm wegen Fluss.
Ich finde für so ein hochpreisiges und sonst sehr gut geführtes Hotel ist das auf jeden Fall ein Manko, dass man den Sommermonaten wissen muss. Ich würde hier nicht erneut buchen im Sommer. Die Nacht war furchtbar.
