Disappointing.
Cons:

The bed had springs on one side that made a loud banging noise every time my husband got in or out.
The telephone didn't work.
One of the 2 windows had a curtain but we didn't
notice the shade behind the second one so the light came pouring in at dawn. The cleaning staff was so noisy the first morning hollering at each other down the hall they woke us up.
After complaining to the gentleman night desk
clerk that evening, they were quiet the next morning. We missed not having anyone to help with luggage.

Cons:

The heat pumps were noisy, The lamps only shut off by the switch. There was only one picture in the room. There was a problem with the hot and cold faucets (they were reversed) . The blankets were thin, and not warm enough.

Would come back.
Pros:

Facility warm, nice and clean, fresh coffee available in lobby all day was nice touch. Staff was pleasant.

Cons:

Exercise room was closed, but free pass to gym at International tennis center. Took advantage of, was nice.
