Pros:

It’s easily accessible , across the Waston beach walkable to Cliff walk but will need transportation to downtown .
Building 2 where we got our rooms has no amenities pool & outdoor lounge are in building 1

Cons:

Check in staff was not friendly did not tell us anything about the amenities are on building 1

Fantastic place for visit to Newport but not a quaint hotel.
Pros:

Great location-across from beach, lots of cute restaurants and delicious ice cream shop down the block.

Pros:

How close it was to everything. The rooms were nice, and beds comfortable but a little dark in the rooms. The staff was helpful and super polite. Rooms service from Tickets was fast and food was great!

Cons:

We wished building two had the amenities that building 1 did. We didn't utilize the pool, it's close enough, but would be nice to have had something in building 2 also. The hallways were really hot so we never sat at the cute little tables.

Over all it was great but for the money we paid we expected more.
Pros:

The location was awesome. Walking distance to the beach, cliff walk and lots of other things.

Cons:

There was clearly a water issue that happened in the room. The sink cabinet had visible water damage, along with the bathroom door.

Pros:

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Hotel, über die Straße zum Strand. Nach Newport rein ist es relativ weit. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön modern und sauber.

Cons:

Für europäische Verhältnisse sind über 250 $ pro Nacht schon sehr teuer

The pillows were terrible - I thankfully brough my own. There should have been a table on both sides of the bed.
