De ligging t.o.v. het station. De properheid.

Cons:

Bedden wat smal. Kussen niet aangenaam. Duitse dekbedden (dus niet in te stoppen). Een personeelslid tijdens het ontbijt dat "hallo hallo" roept, omdat ik (blijkbaar) wat te ver de eetzaal inloop ...

Restaurant zegt op de kaart: rillette van gerookte forel te serveren, maar het is rillette van (ongerookte) zalm ...

Kamer gehorig naar de buren vanwege tussendeur.

Heerlijk hotel waar we beslist vaker zullen verblijven
Pros:

Dit was ons tweede verblijf in dit hotel en we hebben wederom genoten. In het bijzonder wil ik de vriendelijkheid van het personeel noemen. Zowel in de bar, aan de receptie en in het restaurant, maar ook het kamermeisje was heel erg vriendelijk en beleefd. Wat ik erg leuk vond is dat ik mij op mijn verjaardag een flesje wijn kreeg en dat de ontbijttafel (extra) mooi gedekt was. Echt heel sympathiek! Het diner in het restaurant is van hoge kwaliteit en ook het ontbijt is goed en uitgebreid. De ligging van het hotel aan de Rijn is geweldig.

Cons:

De temperatuur in het gehele hotel is voor ons gevoel iets te hoog. In onze kamer hebben we meteen de verwarming uitgedraaid en 's nachts sliepen we met de balkondeur op een kiertje. Anders is het echt te warm. De hoofdkussens zijn iets te dun.

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff was amazing!
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! It was like out of a movie. The staff was so helpful. They even helped us with understanding how the train worked. We stayed in numerous hotels during our 16 day vacation and this was certainly our favorite!

Cons:

There was not one thing that we did not like about the hotel and our stay.
