Prima verblijf bij Bellevue Rheinhotel
Pros:

De lokatie is top. Wel moet de zon schijnen, anders is de promenade wel erg grijs en treurig.

Het ontbijt is echt heel goed verzorgd, allemaal verse producten, super ontbijt gekregen.

Cons:

Het viel ons op dat het terras buiten niet netjes was verzorgd. Er stond heel veel onkruid tussen het grind en langs het hek. Dat zou je niet verwachten van zo'n goed aangeschreven hotel.

Verder was de badkamer gedateerd. Voor de prijs van de kamer hadden we er meer kwaliteit van verwacht.

Alles deed het, dus feitelijk was het prima. Dus zeker geen klagen. Meer verbazing gezien de klasse van het hotel waarvoor het bekend staat.

Ouderwetse meuk. Oubollig.
Geen airco op de kamers.
Ontbijt was ook een beetje van alles een beetje.

Ein Hotel wo man sich ausgesprochen wohl fühlt.
Pros:

Ein Hotel das keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Man kann nur hoffen, dass der Inhaber, wie auch die Mitarbeiter mit Ihrem freundlichen Arrangement, diesen hohen Qualitätsstandard werden halten können.
Lage an der Rheinpromenade und in Nähe zum Zentrum hervorragend.
Zimmer mit allem erdenklichen Komfort. 1A Sauberkeit.
Ein Frühstück der Extraklasse.
Hotelmitarbeiter die ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit agieren.
Für das was geboten wird, ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis top.

Cons:

Hier ist nicht einmal die berühmte "Stecknadel im Heuhaufen" zu finden.

Schönes Rheinhotel mit enttäuschendem Abschied
Pros:

Zimmer mit Rheinblick,sehr schöner Pool

Cons:

Die Halbpension schliesst das Frühstück nicht mit ein!
Das soĺlte deutlich herausgestellt werden.
Daher leider bei der Bezahlung ein enttäuschter Abschied.Diese Regelung gab es auf unseren vielen Reisen,auch in Deutschland,noch nie.

Pros:

For what I paid it was not worth it.It was very hot!!! The fan was small,we asked for another no response.No cold water bottles as we left.We asked to sit in the only air conditioned area the dining room and we're told it was going to be cleaned.There was no attempt to mitigate the effects of the extreme heat.Poor show. POOR management on your part. Positive point was your young Albania Reservation person.

The badest stay I ever had
Pros:

Restaurant was OK

Cons:

Room located on the 5 th floor
Air conditionning didn‘t work at all!!! Temperatures at +/- 40 degrees !!!!
Discount refused…

Mooie locatie, hotel aan renovatie toe.
Pros:

De locatie is fantastisch. Aan de Rijn. Terras voor de deur en je kunt voor de deur op de boot stappen voor een Rijn trip. Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Het eten is goed. De kamer was schoon.

Cons:

Het hotel is hopeloos verouderd. Je moet als 65+ in bad klimmen om te kunnen douchen. Lage toiletpot en wastafel. Krakende vloer. Mini balkon waar je niet met 2 op kunt zitten. Het was erg heet en er is geen airco. Er was wel een ventilator op de slaapkamer neergezet,erg attent maar dit hielp onvoldoende. Geen koffie en thee faciliteiten. Voor 200 euro per nacht zonder ontbijt echt geen goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
In de openbare ruimtes veel verouderde vloerbedekking. Her en der antiek meubilair in loze hoekjes, er is geen geheel.
Buiten op het terras tijdens de hitte te weinig plekjes in de schaduw. Binnen in het restaurant wel aangenaam. Daar mochten we alleen van de grote kaart bestellen terwijl we oververhit waren en alleen iets wilden drinken en iets kleins wilden eten van de buiten kaart. Dit mocht niet.

A great location, a potentially lovely traditional hotel but lack of air conditioning and variable staff need addressing
Pros:

A lovely location. A very characterful building, good traditional decor throughout. A pretty reasonable breakfast, and the Jardin restaurant-cafe beside the river is nice. A great view of the river from our room. Covered car parking at a good price.

Cons:

No air conditioning in the room making it very uncomfortable in summer heat: hotels like this need to wake up to the fact that global warming is here to stay! The staff were variable- some helpful and friendly, others much less so.

Выбирая отель 4 звезды надеялись на наличие кондиционера. В номерах было жарче чем на улице. Невозможно нормально спать,
Pros:

Чистые номера, расположение, выглядит симпатично

Cons:

Отсутствие кондиционера, официанты работают посредственно, в жаркую погоду номера очень сильно нагреваются, отсутствие стандартных средств гигиены.

Sehr gut mit Einschrankungen

Cons:

Klimaanlage fehlt, vielleicht noch ein kleiner Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer und ein Kaffeeautomat im Frühstücksraum, Bier im Garten war fürchterlich warm, dazu zu teuer, auch das Glas Wein in einer Weinregion viel zu teuer.

Enjoyable but very hot
Pros:

Location. Lovely view over the Rhein lovely big room but hit

Cons:

Small bathroom. Heat was unbearable in the bathroom. No air con. Although breakfast states to 10.30 a.m. not the case. We came down at 10.15 to be met with a stern waitress who asked us did we know when breakfast was. No croissants and only fried eggs available.

Pros:

Beautiful and charming hotel at the riverbank. Like entering a hotel 100 years ago. Beautiful interior. Good breakfast and nice spa.

Cons:

I understand why there isn't any A/C here, because it would ruin the hotels look. But still, it was deeply missed. We had 35 degrees outside and almost the same in the room. The fan in the room helps, and also if you open door and window. But still hot.

Gorgeous hotel and near to old town.
Pros:

Very nice hotel, the rooms over looking the river are a must and spacious. Beautiful hotel. Car parking cost extra in a garage but it is peace of mind.

Cons:

No tea making facilities. Needs more staff on reception as there were queues.
