Perfect for our few days there.

Good location and comfortable room. Some issues with welcome and quality.
Pros:

Hotel was as expected, good room and good location. All clean and comfortable, albeit slightly dated.

Cons:

Staff were not especially welcoming and we struggled on arrival - we were directed to the carpark which we had pre-booked, but were not given the key to enter it so had to drive back to the hotel which was frustrating. Le Jardin restaurant was very pretty but food was of a poor quality.

Schlechtes Zimmer erwischt

Art Deco - Hotel: Frühstücksraum/Restaurant, Erdgeschoss und Treppenhaus wunderschön! Ventilator im Zimmer war leise, elegantes Bad

Der "Rheinblick" entpuppte sich als Gemeinschaftsterasse für 5 Zimmer, die Nachbarn saßenl dort in 1, 50 m Entfernung - trotz der Hitzewelle mit 29° im Zimmer gab immer noch Winter-Plumeaus - keine Klimaanlage - nur ein Sessel, keine weitere bequeme Sitzgelegenheit in dem Doppelzimmer - zu wenig Steckdosen - dort, wo eine Schreibtischlampe stand, war diese nicht eingesteckt, weil es eben dort keine Steckdose gab (dies muss wohl von Anfang an nicht aufgefallen, sein) - Verbindungstür, übers Eck mit dem Nachbarzimmer - keine „Wohlfühlatmosphäre“ wie angekündigt, sondern fehlende Bilder - dieses Zimmer war völlig überteuert, entsprach keineswegs einem Viersternehotel - beim Frühstück fehlte am zweiten Morgen Gebäck, am ersten Morgen war davon keine Auswahl –

Vanaf het balkon een super uitzicht op de Rijn.

Cons:

Zichtdichte scheidingen tussen de balkons zouden wat meer privacy geven.
In de lobby ruikt het niet fris, waarschijnlijk als gevolg van problemen met de riolering. Gebruik van luchtverfrissers is aan te raden.

2 mal hat das Personal die Zimmer Tür geöffnet. Ohne anzuklopfen. Ein absolutes no go für so ein Haus.

Mooi authentiek hotel, ruime kamer met uitzicht op de Rijn, helaas geen airco maar gelukkig wel een goede ventilator.
Lekker bed, goede WiFi. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt.
Fietsen konden in de garage gezet worden, en daar ook worden opgeladen..
