Pros:

Close to the railroad i was there for.

Cons:

Windows were filthy and cobwebs on the rail outside my door rail. And I didn't realize it was a motel. It didn't state. Being a single ederly woman motels are not safe for me. I guess I should of called. Inn and suites made it sound like a hotel. Never stated whether it was or wasn't.

I guess you get what you pay for. The Motel was quite a distance from the center of New Hope.
Pros:

The bar-and-pool-table room was fun. Great staff. Very accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

The first room smelled horrible and moldy, and the floor was soaking wet. Went to the desk, and they switched us. No questions asked; they just did it. That was nice. The new room was better and had no smell.

Good if you are in a pinch with a pet
Pros:

It was dog friendly

Cons:

The room was very dated, used, and had an awful odor. The location was far from New Hope area, not walkable, which I did not know. There really was no pet area, that was safe. The breakfast was crowded and did not offer many options for vegan/non dairy (if anything at all) Terrible coffee. Overall not worth the cost at all

A comfortable stay nearby downtown New Hope.
Pros:

Updated, nice, & clean.

Cons:

The outside area by the couches & fire-pits, looking over the pool - could have been cleaner & better maintained. We noticed dirty couch cushions & trash that was not cleaned up.

Wonderful stay in a perfect location!!
Pros:

Very clean and modern

Cons:

I think I can speak for most women. There really needs to be brighter lights by the sink to put your makeup on. The lights are useless. And it would be really nice to have a magnifying mirror so we don't have to lug our own to put makeup on.

la camera stile motel, non era possibile tenere le tende aperte poiché vi era un via vai nella piccolissima piscina con bar, quindi siamo praticamente rimasti chiusi in camera. La camera comunque stile molto vecchio, e bagno piccolissimo. La struttura non è comoda per muoversi a piedi per nulla. necessaria l'auto

Worst experience ever
Pros:

Location was okay

Cons:

With all the time my wife and I have done those local and far this was the worst overpriced resort in that we've ever stayed in the staff was fine however everything else the room was dated the facilities were poor would not recommend to anyone for any reason
