Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was close to my work and historic New Hope, but quiet and peaceful. I wish the pool were open because that looked like a great feature.

Cons:

The building and rooms are so run-down. The building was also disconnected and hard to navigate. The breakfast was awful; the food was overcooked and lacked healthy options. Flavored creamers would go a long way, too!

Convenient and pleasant location
Pros:

My room was on the same level as the front desk and parking lot. It was convenient. Climate control in the room worked well. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. Food was okay, not particularly visually appealing. There was a good selection of options, however.
All the outlets in my room were very loose. There was only one that supported a charger without falling out.

Pros:

location - close to Peddler's Village and New Hope.

Cons:

No hot water on day 1, warm water on day 2. No room cleaning, when we call the front desk, they mentioned that we had to request it. This was never mentioned during check-in.

Pros:

Definitely has a retro vibe. Good for an overnight. Unfortunately breakfast was terrible. Had clearly been sitting for a long time with no attention. Eggs were dried out, sausage was sitting in grease and there was no cold cereal.

I had higher expectations for an establishment that has New Hope in the name.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The accommodations were extremely dated and worn for the price. I can imagine in the warmer weather the pool area would be a fun time. The only good part about the free breakfast is the waffles.

We did not stay we requested a full refund. The staff was accommodating and so was booking.com
Pros:

The lobby was not bad

Cons:

The rooms are out dated and worn. Looks like a room you rent for an hour back in the 70’s this hotel needs a renovation, badly.
It can’t even be considered a 1 star! Tub is chipped and out dated. Rolling Chair and sitting chair was worn. The room gave you skivvies. Stains on the bedding. Pictures on site must be 50 years old!!

I can see that the pool area is nice. However it’s not open right now

Cons:

I didn’t like anything about the property. It’s very rundown. It needs to be remodeled. All the furniture is warped and has water damage.

Just ok, and for over $250 a night, should be nicer

Friendly staff, nice public areas, quiet when we were there, nice outdoor pool area for summer

Cons:

Very dated, bed way too soft, vending machines & ice out of order, breakfast was pretty much inedible.
