No Hot Water
Pros:

If you would like a room with no hot water, this is the place for you if you would like a sink that delivers a single minimal dribble out of the faucet. This is the place for you, if you would like a phone that has the wrong room number on it and doesn’t work this place is for you if you would like breakfast on a paper plate from a dollar store this place is for you.

The hotel served the purpose as we were in New Hope for a wedding, but I would not stay there again.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The air conditioning was inconsistent. We were either freezing or sweating and it was very noisy. The bathroom faucet was working well and only a trickle of water came out. We were already unpacked by the time noticed it so we didn’t want to move. My husband did mention at our checkout. The breakfast was subpar. The attendant was very good but the quality of the food other than the waffles was not great. I spent some time by the pool and the music for the most part was enjoyable until an inappropriate song came on using the N,F and B words. The crowd at the pool were almost all seniors. Thank god there were no children at the pool. I stopped at the desk when I left the pool and mentioned it to the associates at the desk. Completely inappropriate for that setting.

Memorial weekend in new hope 2026
Pros:

Rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and made me great food. Beds really comfy. The bar is beautiful and breakfast was free and hot and tasty. Waffles eggs potatoes, sausage. And all kinds of juices. Etc. The outside pool is gorgeous with bar and cabana. I will be back

Simple and what I needed for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Good location. Beds were comfortable. Fairly clean rooms. Staff was kind.

Cons:

Looks super outdated, especially as you walk through and outside the premises. Needs an upgrade. It would be beautiful if it was upgraded. Wish there was room service or some kind of small eatery open in the early evening to get food. Wifi should be secure with passwords too for safety reasons for guests.
