Pros:

All interactions with staff, went well. Everyone was very friendly.

Cons:

Room was a terrible draft coming through the door. There were holes in the walls and a very large mold stain on the window curtain.
I was not very happy with the room.

Our stay was average, the staff were accommodating, disappointed in the overly crowded pool.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Staff did a good job of replacing food items when they ran out and cleaning up after the slobs who didn’t clean up after themselves.
Location was where we wanted to be.

Cons:

The pool is a membership pool for locals. Lounge chairs are right up against each other because there are so many surrounding the pool. You can cool and lounge in the pool, but couldn’t take a swim. Large inflatables allowed in the pool.
