Shuttle was timely for us, it runs every 45 minutes from the hotel. Bed & bedding was very good! Seemed the air conditioning was locked but opening the window worked. Staff was excellent! Highly recommend for cruise & close to airport!

We have stayed at Best Western Aeroporto Barcelona many times, always the night before overseas travel, and every single stay reinforces why we keep coming back. The customer service is consistently exceptional — truly above and beyond in every way.
The staff does not simply do their jobs; they genuinely care and go out of their way to make each stay comfortable, smooth, and memorable. That level of dedication is rare, and this hotel delivers it every time.
We would especially like to recognize Mafhud, who was promoted last year to Quality Assurance for the entire hotel. This promotion came as no surprise to us. Mafhud is the absolute epitome of outstanding customer service — always attentive, professional, and consistently exceeding expectations. His leadership is clearly reflected throughout the hotel, as every staff member now delivers the same world-class service he has demonstrated throughout his career. His promotion is truly well deserved.
On this most recent stay, we also had the pleasure of meeting Manuel, who was working the night shift. When we left for the airport early in the morning, he greeted us with a warm smile and genuine care. Mafhud had thoughtfully arranged breakfast to go for us so we could eat on our way to the airport — a small gesture that made a big difference. While waiting for the shuttle, Manuel took the time to talk with us, and his kindness and natural customer service skills truly stood out.

We stayed three nights over two stays (upon arrival in Barcelon and before flying out) and for the most part we found this to be an excellent hotel and pretty good value.

It's obviously very close to the airport so that's handy if you've got a late arrival or an early departure. There's a handy airport shuttle provided by the hotel (don't forget to book!). The area is near the wholesale markets and there's not alot nearby, there is a restaurant on site, we went for dinner and found it just ok and pretty pricey, that said the buffet breakfast is worth purchasing as it's excellent. As others have observed there is a little on site market to buy drinks and snacks which is a cool idea.

One negative, it seems that in the cooler months you can't choose between using the air con or heating in your room it's just heating by default. That made for an extremely stuffy room which made sleeping hard. Staff suggested we could move rooms or open the window - we were too tired to move so tried the open window - didn't help alot. So if you're a hot sleeper keep this in mind.

The best part about this hotel are the staff, who are incredibly helpful. We'd booked the inclusive breakfast as part of our stay, but left before the buffet open on our last day. In acknowledgement the staff put together little breakfast boxes for us! Which was super appreciated and goes to show they're prepared to go the extra mile!

Overall, it'd strongly recommend this hotel if you need to stay nearby the airport.

Better than I expected. Rooms modern and very clean, huge TV even a bathtube. Tiny but nice shop to buy drinks and snacks even wine and jamon. Good prices. And I have to mention one employee especially: Manuel! Made me feel comfortable even when I was looking to buy wine at 4am, super friendly and welcoming. That kind of attitude makes the whole stay way better!

After our flight was canceled, the airline placed us at this hotel in Barcelona for the night—it worked well. The location is ideal for a layover, just minutes from the airport. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. If you find yourself needing a reliable overnight close to the terminal, this is a solid option.

Very nice and clean hotel room and comfortable stay very close to the airport in Barcelona. The hotel contains a small gym, a sauna, an indoor pool and a restaurant and bar. This is important to note because the hotel is located in an industrial area with no other restaurants, stores nearby.

Our flight home was cancelled and Hotel ALFA was a great comfort. The entire staff was kind and helpful. Dinner was good and the free shuttled bus made it easy to het back to the airport. Go for it!

Had a wonderful time here, even though it was only for one night. We especially liked the fact that there was a free shuttle to the airport. The room was quite nice. The only drawback to the room was that the bathroom sink didn't drain properly, but the management emailed my and said that they were looking into that problem.

Very clean and comfy room. Staff was very helpful and told us how to get downtown using the bus. The airport shuttle made it easy and stress-free to get our flight home.

We went to this hotel on our journey back home to Southern California. We just spent the night but it’s a beautiful hotel with a nice bar. It also has some really cool items for sale. You can get coffee as well. I have to say that Manuel was very helpful with us getting a shuttle to the airport and also getting our room very late at night hats off to him.

Airport shuttle was incredibly convenient, bus stops nearby, and an AMAZING breakfast selection!

Manuel at the reception desk was lovey at 1.30 am when we checked in. He was kind, funny and friendly. Alcohol drink vouchers were able to be used for coffee in the morning.

Surprised that the shuttle did not operate longer hours. Great driver that took us one way to the airport.

Location was great for our return flight from Barcelona , staff were very friendly and helpful , we used the bar and ate there in the bar , room was very well laid out very clean with a great bathroom , we would stay again
