Vårt rom var ikke klart da vi kom ved innsjekkingstid kl 15. vi fikk sitte og vente i lobbyen, det kunne ta opptil 1 time, eller ta en tur ut i byen. Vi valgte det siste og kom tilbake ca 17. Da får vi et rom for rullestolbrukere i samme etasje som resepsjon, kun dette rommet i denne kjelleretasjen. Det lukter mugg og vinduene er høyt oppe på veggen med null utsikt. Det er dobbeltseng, vi har booket rom med 2 senger som hotellet har bekreftet at de har. Det står også om comfort-rommet at det har delvis utsikt over byen. Det rommet vi får har ikke utsikt. Vi klager og prøver å få nytt rom, men de gir oss ikke rommet vi har booket. Det er ingen andre hotellrom ledig i gamlebyen i Saint-Malo, så vi får ikke byttet hotell og blir fanget på dette forferdelige hotellet
