Pros:

Excellent hotel and ideally located. What little staff you have are fantastic and go out of there way to make you feel welcome

Cons:

No bar staff available, you had to wait for reception staff to finish their chores before they could serve you.
I feel having a dedicated bar steward would help to smooth the running of this excellent hotel .

Lovely bedding and pillows. Really comfortable room

Cons:

Instruction about door code after 9 pm could have been clearer. We were told it was door around corner. However there was always someone to let us in at 9.30.
